I love this place!

I keep coming back to Casselton with Heidi just to see Dr.Schmid ever since Heidi s accident. I really like her and think she s a great vet! Very personable, does thorough examinations, and wonderful with our old girl! The room had a lot of dog hair that wasn t ours so thats why I couldn t say 100% clean, but I know our girl left a bunch behind too.

Excellent visit! Maranda was an awesome tech (as per usual) and the vet was very thorough, which we appreciated.

Dr. Brad always takes his time with Ally. You guys are awesome! Thanks!

I mistakenly booked my appointment at Casselton and wanted the Fargo location. I apologize for my error and all staff was friendly and helpful, even after my mistake and got me in. Thank you for all you do!

The doctor is such a great guy. My dog does not mind going to see him. He does such a great job with my dog.

The checkout at the end could use some work. We waited 20 minutes in the lobby after our appt. Waiting for paperwork to go from the back to the front for the receptionist.

I have had two appointments with Casselton Veterinary Service Fargo. One to humanely euthanize my boxer Lola after a struggle with pancreatitis and auto immune disease that ultimately took her life and the second a couple of months later with rescue puppy brothers, Rupert and Pip. Both visits were so far above and beyond my expectations that I couldn’t imagine trusting my pets with anyone else. They are so caring and compassionate about everything they do. The vets and techs are definitely family first minded. So caring, interested in the needs of their patients and families and willing to spend all the time needed to answer questions. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and feel informed about the critical decisions they make. Thank you for all that you do! I also have to give kudos to the front desk staff that is kind and considerate on the phone and in person when patients arrive. You are all top notch!

This facility is amazing.. The care my dog has received has been the best and the knowledge and time shared with me is outstanding. We see two of the many fantastic vets there and will continue to do so.. The receptionist are always ready for me and my dog when we walk in the door and are pleasant and friendly at all times.. My dog is reactive to other dogs and I felt like when she had a reactive moment, the staff was a little cold to me afterwards. IlI’ve heard stories at other clinics where the staff is extremely accommodating to dogs like mine but it didn’t seem like the Casselton Fargo clinic was. I might search out another clinic who is willing to be more helpful to us.

Please train the people who do the grooming. When I took my cat in to get his hair off because he had so many mats in the hair. They ended up cutting 3 nipples off and he bled a lot after I even got to look at him

The vet was supposed to get a diet recipe for chip didn’t get it. Sharon Bolar
