Talking to others who work with vets I feel this our visits were on the pricey side and they were confused and surprised that if have to bring my dog in for another large fee instead of just a urine sample.

Somewhat confused communication. Didn’t get forms in mail that I was told would be sent. Filled out forms online and uploaded pet information to pet portal but had to provide it all again. It apparently wasn’t available or couldn’t be found by clinic staff although my link showed it present. Created some unexpected delay in am.

Always friendly care vets, assistants and staff. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Was not let in building so not sure about alot of this. Also did not like the fact that they did not tell me when making appt that it was curb side appt and they where only taking my dog in. So was not happy at first about it.

Everything was Great, it s not letting me select any stars except for the first question. 5 stars for each question!

Both times we have taken our pets to the clinic during covid all of our questions did not get answered. The tech did not relay of our questions in both instances.

Sometimes, instead of feeling like a medical appointment, it feels like a sales pitch. “Would you like the senior package of tests we can run”, “would you like to add on this service?” It would be refreshing to come to the appointment and have a successful checkup without feeling like the staff is trying to “up-sell”. This part of the visit is always irritating/frustrating. Otherwise, we love everything else about Casselton Vet!

When I called I let the receptionist know I was there but don t get service from my phone when I park by the building. This was not communicated to the tech. So when the tech came out and said morphine kept going to voicemail I had to re-explain. That could ve been communicated better. The visit was very expensive! $338 for a wellness check and meds for a dog with no concerns. I will actually be talking my business elsewhere. Every year these prices seem to go up and up.

Dr. Peterson and staff are always very thorough and up front with the situations, procedures and cost. I am once again 100% satisfied with the care my animals receive. I highly recommend the Casselton Veterinary Clinic for all animal health care.

As we could not go in, I cannot comment on the inside cleanliness. Every time I have been there before though, the place was always well maintained and clean

When I arrived I called and spoke with the receptionist for billing, etc. which took approx 5 minutes. Then, I waited on hold for 25 minutes(!) for a vet tech to pick up the line to review discharge info. Discharge and bringing my pet to the car took less than 5 minutes. My whole experience should have only taken 10-15 minutes but it was more like 30-45 minutes with being on hold for 25 minutes.

I did not like that I was not allowed to be in the office with my pet. There was no message in the reminder email that I was unable to come inside the building. My pet does not do well with strangers and had an awful experience.

Do to the service my husband received. We feel that it s best for us to find a new place to vet our animals.

I forgot to mention at the appointment that I would’ve liked to have my dogs nails trimmed

I realize its not your rule, but I don t feel comfortable not to be able to come in with my pet until it is time to have surgery or to come in shortly before he is coming to. I know he is being well taken care of, but at his age (14+ years), deaf and poor eyesight, I m sure he felt scared.

More options to get pet in sooner. Waited over a month and a half to get. Good for you guys for getting tons of business, but makes it difficult to get in on either location

I arrived on time for an 11:30 am appointment but it took 3 calls from the car to get a real person on the line. Then the wait began in the car for at least 15-20 min before the person came out to get my dog. The vet called very quickly within 10 min to provide appointment feedback and recommendations plus that my dog was ready for pickup.Once again no answer many times to get a real person to let them know I was outside and ready for pickup. We are now at 12:10 or so. I am waiting and watching people leave the building for lunch but no one is bringing my dog out. I call again and someone will check... My dog is finally returned to me around 12:25 or so with an apology that everyone was going to lunch so my presence outside in the car was overlooked. Really? From start to finish with an 11:30 am appointment, it was a full hour and all in the car. Never have I spent that much time for a wellness appointment. Very disappointed.
