Our wait was 31/2 hours. I called before we came and they said 1-2 hour wait. 30 minutes later when we arrived they said 3-4 hours. It would be really nice if you could leave and come back in 3 hours and only have to wait an hour. Everyone was very nice just frustrating to wait so long

I was very impressed with the communication and care my dog received. They made sure that I was aware of what the situation was and remedy and cost. The cost was actually a lot better than what I expected. Very impressed with the staff from front desk to the veterinarian.

My laptop is not cooperating with the questions but I was totally satisfied with all. Additionally pleased with how comfortable my normally skittish kitty with strangers to her was very comfortable with all staff that handled her.

We had a bleeding dog, were told we’d have a 2-3 hour wait to see a vet. Once in the room, we were not given any updates on timing, nor offered water for our dog, and had to explore drawers to find paper towels to help stop the bleeding ourselves. A little more attentiveness to our pets wound might have been helpful. We were just kind of sent to a room and left there. No person came in at all for over 2 hours.

I greatly appreciate you having Saturday hours, as coming during the week is not possible due to my work schedule. Thanks for that. Also, Dr. Steinke and the two vet techs were very attentive and thorough with Rosie, my poodle. I choose to bring Rosie to Noah s in Speedway, IN, because it s very close and convenient to my home, the staff is friendly, and they have an ER in case we need it. All of those points go in to me continuing to go to this location/vet.

My cat was seen on the 13th and the receptionist, vet assistant, and main vet were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. They made me feel comfortable, and I appreciate their kindness. I would definitely recommend Noah s emergency to anyone who needs their help!!!

The emergency wait time was about 3 hours; however, I’m not angry about that because we were not an urgent case, and I fully expected it. I understand how emergency vets work, and I will not hold that against them. When we saw the vet, she was so sweet and clearly knew what she was doing. She eased my fears drastically as I was spiraling to worse case scenario. I’m so grateful for her! The front desk team was also so friendly and worked with me to schedule a next appointment. They made me feel comfortable and seemed to genuinely care about my dog. For this reason and the fact that I’m beyond lucky and grateful to not have been an urgent case, I’m perfectly satisfied with the visit.

This is the first time I have used Noah Animal Hospital. I feel so very blessed to know that it is close enough to my home if ever I had an emergency with one of my three girls (cats/family). My grandson brought Copper in for me. I had called & let the front desk know I wanted Copper to get ALL his shots as he has to be sedated before he comes. My grandson unfortunately said he was trying to save money so guess he didn’t get all shots. I did come on next day to see what he needed. Girl said he needed a test ?name for which he needed to be sedated & it was due back In January. Wish they had performed that test. Otherwise your staff is always very cordial & always explains everything.
