The Friday night person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was calling to see if the doctor had forgotten to return my call from earlier in the day. She felt the need to tell me I was wasting their time and didn’t have an emergency. That I could come in if I wanted to wait 6-8 hours. However Morgan did return my call on Saturday morning and was lovely as well as the doctor on Saturday was fantastic. I did turn out my dog did have a new infection as did need a med change.

Thank you all for saving our Charlie. He was in terrible shape when we arrived on Friday, June 30. The moment we walked in, the kindness and compassion shown by everyone was truly heartwarming.
