Courtney, Hannah & Genesis were just awesome….as were the doctors who performed an emergency c-section. Courtney had to deliver the sad news that none of the puppies would probably survive and you could tell she was sincerely sorry…all 3 were just great!

Although the facility and interactions were wonderful, the diagnosis process, well only one word…unbelievable! I went from being told my dog had an aggressive form of cancer and needing surgery to the next day being told there was no mass and either there was a foreign object that passed or gastritis. Thank God I had the sense to hold off on surgery that night. Additional training is needed for the initial vet and radiologist that read the first set of X-rays. You can have the cleanest and friendliest staff, but if they are not well trained your facilities are no value to the customer.

Everyone was very kind and supportive. We waited a few hours, but staff were very honest about it, and I understand. They checked on us frequently and were very patient with our senior dog. Thanks again for your kindness to our sweet Cooper.
