Great visit overall. You all cared for my pup and made her a priority. Very happy with the services. Front desk was super helpful, the technician explained things and made Bisquit feel comfortable. The Dr went over his exam results, and what to do next very thoroughly, explaining why then went over the results and his diagnosis. Could not be happier with the visit.

Waiting time was 3-5 hours unless the animal was in distress. That is a very long time when your pet is sick, you have kids, etc. Some of the staff was friendly but others were very rude. I just don t know when a vet clinic became more about the money than the health of the animal. You can t be seen without paying a large deposit and there are not many provisions in place if you don t have it. They will let the animal die before letting it be saved. The facility was clean and they let us know what was going to happen and when. We were comfortable leaving our pet there to be taken care of but just didn t feel any empathy.

I was in for an urgent care visit and felt so well cared for. Everyone was so friendly! I’m across town but the wait at the east side was several hours, but this was worth the drive. Thanks for taking care of Marshall!

The staff was so amazing!! I can’t imagine how hard it is to be working in the ER right now, but even still, the staff was so kind. Everyone was so compassionate and I am so thankful for the doctor and the staff!!

The exam room smelled strongly of an odor from another animal (dog urine?) that seemed to make my cat more nervous than usual. Otherwise things were very clean!
