The staff went above and beyond to help get the care that the dog needed! She was a stray we brought in to be seen due to her injuries and they were awesome and so helpful!!

While I know that bringing in your loved one is stressful and my dog was stressed too; as he was injured and in pain. All the staff were nice and I know that he was being dramatic while getting his X-rays however staff may want to be mindful that when they are saying “he’s being a little jerk” that the walls and doors are not very thick and I could hear what was being said. The staff were nice to me and I do not think they hurt my dog, they took great care of him. You might just be mindful that the owner can hear what is being said about their loved one. They can hear when their dog is being scolded and called names. Again, he was well taken care of and I appreciate the care he received you might remind the staff that just because they are not seen, they are heard as the walls are thin.

I truly appreciate that the staff was helpful, but when you bring in a sick member of your family, that you are worried to death about, put in a room and more than an hour goes by before anyone walks in, meanwhile your dog is vomiting all over the floor, to me that is a very extreme wait time. From that point on excellent care.

This was out first experience with Noah s. We came in as an emergency and were treated immediately. The staff could not have been more accommodating or caring. We were very impressed! The facility is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely come to Noah s again in an emergent situation. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our sweet girl!

I was VERY impressed with the staff. I have NEVER taken my pets to a vet that showed such huge respect to my 4-legged babies!!! This made the stressful situation much easier to deal with. Buddy d nurse, Jenna, was super awesome!!!

I ve been to your er services before and had to go again only because it was a 2month wait for an appt for non emergancy . Arrived 630am early was 1 person ahead of us. After being there forn2 hrs not seen to find out it was going to be an 8 hr wait due to 2 emergqncy coming in an hr after where were already there. Thats beyond crazy.. left without being seen. I won t recommend yall or go back.

The entire staff was amazing!! I was a little freaked out because we were there for an emergency situation and had never been there before but felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the door.

It was our first visit to Noah. Very attentive to our dog and to us. Let us know what was happening every step of the way including giving us costs before proceeding. Every person involved in Barney’s care was exceptional.

I was exhausted waiting five hours only to be told the tech could look at him. She was very kind, and I wasn t charged at all which was so nice, but all my doggy needed was a quick look, and I feel that could have been done in five minutes. The staff was great. One other suggestion is doggy beds on the floor. Punkin isn t use to just laying on cold floors, and I wish I had taken a pillow with me. Again let me say the people that work there were very kind. It was just organizational problems.
