You always come in at the MOST EXPENSIVE quote and don t explain there are options to make it cheaper. That dishonestly makes me feel mislead and unvalued as a customer. I feel that you are trying to get the MOST money out of me. It s very disheartening to feel that way. I am only a $$ to you. I have been a customer for over 40 years and the new building never has clean floors in the rooms. In fact I always bring in a blanket because i know they are not clean. I ve made this observation to you before and it doesn t seem to matter. Noahs has a BAD reputation in speedway for never having appointments, being dirty and over priced. With Noah s being our hometown vet, it makes me sad that you are doing nothing to fix these issues. I would love to talk to someone in corporate about these issues. 317-709-5128

I have been to Noah s twice now, through the urgent care side and I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and staff. All of the staff was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend going there.

If your pet continues to have problems during or just after prescribed medications, there should not be a full charge for a revisit.

Franklin and my visit to Noah’s was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Noah’s has been our vet office for some time and the care they put into everything is apparent and appreciated. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I greatly appreciate the in depth explanation of all the possibilities for Cora’s tooth during her exam, it was very helpful! I’m thrilled of course it was simply just a baby tooth but it was still a huge relief to only be charged for her cleaning, please know I am so thankful for that & for how well you all take care of my girl!
