Too focused on most expensive and elaborate procedures. Not willing to work with client. It took over an hour to get an estimate while my cat was fighting with hypoglycemia. They did not even try the most basic ways to get her blood sugar up until I asked. Very disappointed and will not be back.

The doctor & techs were great. The office staff was a little short & not overly friendly but perhaps they were busy, Overall it was a great experience & I’m so glad you all were there!

Dr. Steinke is amazing and the only vet I want to see going forward! She was so down to earth and straightforward. She explained things without adding pressure or making me feel like I would be a terrible dog mom if I didn’t have a ton of money to spend on things presently.

The Staff was very nice to us. We brought our dog in and had to leave her for a dental cleaning the next day, we drove 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They called me the next morning to discuss how this would be done, the doctor took her time and explained everything to me. She called me 2 or 3 times to make sure I understood everything that was great since we live far from Indy.

Three things hit me the wrong way. 1) when the fee was told to us, we were asked if the $79 exam fee was “ok”?. Don’t ask if it’s ok. Just state the fee. 2) the doctor came in and did not introduce herself. I had to ask who she was. 3) We were told the doctor would exam our pet in another room and then come tell me what she found. I made it clear that I wanted our pet examined in the same room we were in so we could be with him. These three things really hit me the wrong way.

My visit was with the ER side, wonderful care by all the staff. Dr Kyle Schmidt was very clear in explanation of Wally s needs. The nurse caring for Wally was fantastic
