I was frustrated that a vet was not available for a day which I believed delayed his care therefore requiring him to stay extra time- increasing the overall bill. I should bill should be modified for the issue.

Cinnamon was a delight. I could tell she has a real passion for her job. The entire staff made me feel better about the level of care they gave my dog, Jessie. Downside was being at the ER for 4.5 hours. I was told 2-2.5 hours. But I can’t complain about the level of care. Top notch on all levels.

Jackson was seen on Monday night/ early Tuesday morning. The original location I called had a long wait so they were able to direct me to west location where I recieved timely and caring help for my dog who is doing so much better today. Thank you!!! Glenda and Jackson

The main front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. When I asked them to contact a member from the er team to ask an approximate wait time remaining after being in a room for over an hour, the answer given was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understood the wait time was going to be long as explained to me when I got there, but the way the er team member responded caused me to make the decision to take my pet home as I did not feel that he would receive proper care from someone acting in that manner.

From the moment we walked in with our sick little guy Jax, we knew we were in the right place. We were promptly taken back and put in a room. Within a few hours we had a plan to figure out what was making our fur baby so sick. Needless to say, we had to leave him for night. Jax was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease. He is now on the mend! My husband and I appreciate the care that Jax was given from all the staff at Noahs. THANK YOU !!

The wait time was ok upon initial arrival as well as waiting for the tech and then the vet. The vet was EXCEPTIONAL! The longest part was after the doctor had been in and waiting for the tech to bring in the estimate -- that felt unnecessarily long. I understand why that is your process, but it would be great if that time was cut considerably down. My wait time was also fairly lengthy between my approval and the tech bringing in meds. As far as cleanliness, the room did not feel overly clean (the chairs or the floor)... not sure how often those are swept or cleaned, but it didn t feel overly clean at 7am in the morning. Overall, great service.

The staff was great but it s expensive but Max needed to be seen right away so I felt like I didn t have time to take him to his primary doctor But the medicine is helping him

There was urine, ants, and spiders on the floor in our exam room. I waited an hour and only talked to 2 people for 15 minutes… the prices for treatment seem a bit high. they try to go big with the first treatment offer and then ask “how much are you able to spend?” And they’ll find that amount for your budget.

i called beforehand, gave all my information & When I get there they couldn’t find me. I was also told 3-4 wait, and I ended up waiting 5.5 hours to be seen and then with the estimate too I spent 7 hours total in the ER. The only reason I didn’t give staff friendliness 5 stars is because one of the women at the front desk was rude. I wish I would’ve gotten her name.

Everyone I spoke with was caring and so helpful. The vets gave great explanations and were easy to talk to. I feel we got excellent care and compassionate care and are so grateful you were recommended to us for this sad emergency. I would use your services again and recommend to others.

I was given a Free Wellness Exam by the AKC upon purchase of my puppy. Noah s Veterinary Hospital was on the list of hospitals that would honor this free exam. They would Not honor this & I had to pay for it myself. I was disappointed.

I understand why you have the estimate process but it s aggravating to be told numerous times what your estimate is. I actually saw the vet for 3 minutes if that. Talking x-ray before even shaving leg to look at wound!? Really!? Seems more run like a business than a vet office. Even an emergency office. Reason why I left Noah s to begin with. You lost the human touch and turned into a conglomerate. Too bad.
