Yes, everyone was great. I live almost 2 hours away. My Bella was having a skin problem that was recurring. I knew it was more than hot spots. Right away Dr Andrews knew what it was and started treating her with antibiotics.

one of the employees accommodated me with an appointment the day I called for a sanitary clip for my cat. My cat never had one but it was necessary as soon as possible and especially because I was having surgery in a few days and didn t want to worry about her or my carpeting. Sorry I can t remember her name, she was wonderful and I thank her again.

It was snowy outside and my regular vet closed! Longwood Saved The Day! It was the 3rd place I called (the 2nd wouldn t take a new client even though it was something of an emergency!). I was impressed by the new/clean/inviting atmosphere and the receptionist could not have been any sweeter! The tech was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable -so was the excellent and experienced vet! I received good news and my bill was appropriate (unlike many vets). Thank you Longwood! I m from West Chester but won t hesitate to return to your practice! Five Stars all around!

I was very pleased with my appointment. Everyone was attentive and caring. I just wish my cat was eating better. He s hungry and takes a bite or two of wet food and then runs. I have been giving him the pain medication.

I was especially grateful for the time and thorough details during discharge. I felt all of my questions and concerns were answered and I did not feel rushed. I wish I knew the name of the vet who reviewed Alani s discharge paperwork with me ... she was wonderful!

The team who was going to put a free libre 3 transponder on my cat had never done it before so I requested another team member who had. It seemed too high on my cat’s shoulder, and fell off about 50 hours later — not the 2 weeks which was prescribed. As a result we were unable to test the effects of an increased insulin dose. A waste of about $200 and a disruption in treatment which is affecting my cat’s health. Perhaps a more experienced staff member should be assigned to such a special procedure.

Dr Freeman was personal, thorough and took her time with us. I left there feeling knowledgeable and with a plan. Thank you so much!
