Dr Strine is outstanding & my father has had several dogs over the years seen at this practice. I was thrilled when I was temporarily in the area to be able to have my older lab seen by her. The overall practice is exceptional.

All staff were friendly and so professional. They listened to every need or concern I had and were so supportive. Building is clean, wonderful staff, excellent service! So very happy we found such a wonderful vet!

My first visit was fantastic. It was clear that all concerned cared about making my cat as relaxed as possible and I felt that the care was professional and top notch. I would suggest that you get better communication in the after care between the professional and the administrative (phone) staff, as they seemed unaware of what Dr. Knipe had told me to do regarding our next appt. which led to some back and forth on my part until they realized the changes to their ordinary booking.

Gillie s treatment was thorough, kind, and exceptional in all ways. Not sure if any of the first four questions registered as nothing shows up. They should all be 5 s. I would definitely use Dr. Knight again.

Dr. Carla and her staff are EXCELLENT. Professional, kind and loving - all of the characteristics you need for the care of your fur baby. Bear was very happy!

I would appreciate it if a vet recommends or orders a test that the client is told what the cost will be if it is an expensive test. For example, an ultrasound was $500 and blood work was almost $300. It is kind of a shock when paying to find out the amount at the end of the appointment. I would also like a little more give and take between vet and client in terms of what must be done at once and what can be considered for the future. The staff is really excellent, vets spend plenty of time with the dog, and there is little or no waiting time. Everyone is extra kind to the dog and very pleasant to deal with.

All of the staff at Longwood Veterinary Center are like an extended family. I never feel rushed when the dogs are there for wellness visits or sick appointments

Everyone was helpful and supportive of Theo and me. He is a very difficult patient and was treated carefully and humanely and professionally by all the staff.
