The nurse was very nice and helpful. Really appreciate she took the time to answer my questions.

I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR OVER 25 YEARS. EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN WONDERFUL. ON MY LAST VISIT HOWEVER THE NURSE WHO CLIPPED BUDDY S NAILS DID NOT BRING HER BEDSIDE MANOR TO WORK. I SPOKE WITH JESSICA ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED. I WAS SHOCKED MORE THAN ANYTHING TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. NO ONE HAS EVER TREATED ME LIKE THIS AT LONGWOOD. JACKIE ZIEBER

My dog is an anxious pain in the butt at the vet. The 2 nurses that gave him his meds were kind, patient and awesome! They didn t make me feel like my dog s bad behavior was my fault. Thanks for that...

Dr Knipe provided excellent care to Emma! She explained each step they were going to do keeping me in the loop as to results of all her diagnostic studies. She listened to my concerns & came up with a mutually agreeable plan of care for our Emma. So very grateful for the care she received! Thank you!

When I came in there were already two large dogs in the waiting area. One kept barking loudly. The receptionist told me to sit on the cat side, which I did. A lady came in with two cat carriers and after checking in, she wasn t very kind to me about sitting on the cat side. I told her I was instructed by the receptionist to sit there. She complained to the receptionist and the receptionist politely showed her into an exam room. I think the receptionist handled the situation very well!

Evenything about the visit was excellent. The doctor and assistants were all warm, kind, professional and thorough. The only thing is that the services are so expensive. I know you can t do much about that. I realize it takes a lot to keep a practice going and yours is very professional.

The entire team was very kind and caring to Snow and took all the time needed to answer our questions and explain things. Never feel rushed here and that is wonderful.

I am extremely grateful for the emergency care they gave me when I brought a dog in that was bitten at my business. The Dr completely eased my mind as she saw how very upset and distraught I was. I am very thankful.

Dr freeman is wonderful. She never rushes us out. She’s thorough and takes her time!

Dr. Freeman, as well as the staff, is the most considerate person. She always goes out of her way to make Lucy comfortable. I couldn t ask for a better place to treat her.

I brought in a stool specimen with my dog and gave it to them. On a call to review his lab results I was told I had not brought in a specimen but was charged for it so I should bring one in within two weeks or I would be charged again if came in past two weeks
