I was greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner i was brought into the exam room Al OST immediately. The professional staff were friendly, efficient, asked questions and took time to listen to our concerns. When we left we understand what we needed to do as follow up for Ginger. Over the years we have been to several Vet for our many and varied family pets. Longwood is in a league of its own. this was the first time I had this cat in the office and wasn t sure how she would react. The nurse and Dr Freeman were kind and allowed her to feel comfortable with everything they needed to do. Love everyone in this office.

I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR OVER 25 YEARS. EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN WONDERFUL. ON MY LAST VISIT HOWEVER THE NURSE WHO CLIPPED BUDDY S NAILS DID NOT BRING HER BEDSIDE MANOR TO WORK.
