I have been coming here for years. My pet was sick in the late afternoon, upon calling there were no appointments available. I was told that I can come in and it would be an Emergency Visit. I feel if you are a longtime customer I don’t understand why the charge. We all love our pets so of course I paid the fee. I feel that this is wrong.

I was greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner i was brought into the exam room Al OST immediately. The professional staff were friendly, efficient, asked questions and took time to listen to our concerns. When we left we understand what we needed to do as follow up for Ginger.
