An excellent very professional and friendly veterinary practice!

I spoke with Morgan on Saturday when you called to see how Maxx was. I expressed to her who friendly everyone was with the situation going on with the virus. Everyone was extremely nice and kind and helpful. The vet that saw Maxx was very kind and answered all of my questions. I thank you for everything that you did for Maxx and for also seeing him during this difficult time and made it go so nicely. Thank you and everyone stay safe and healthy!!

I was very grateful that during this very stressful pandemic time, that Longwood was able to get my cat s cardiologist appointment scheduled. The methods used to minimize contact and still keep client appointments worked very well. I m sure that the new protocols are an added headache for the staff - especially on a day such as last Friday, with all the rain - so I appreciate all of their efforts!

The system set in place for taking payment over the phone and having my pup vaccinated in the car was flawless and safe. Given the situation with the coronavirus and the guidelines put in place everyone at longwood vet did an amazing job.

The doctor and staff were very caring in taking care of a little sick dog. She is doing much better at this time.

Dr McCabe and the assistants spent time with us and were very thorough in the examination of our new pups. They took their time, answered our questions, and took great care of our pups. The receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful.

The update/upgrade looks great, acoustic is not that great but the looks are really top notch, your team is great and though we really don t like to come (always something wrong if we do) we like your place as much as we can :) Hope to see you not so soon again!
