Dr. Parsons and staff are wonderful to interact with, professional.

Ashley greeted us with a big smile and brought Abby in to settle her for her glucose curve test. She answered all of my questions. When I called to check on Abby, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Later in the day, Dr. McCabe called me with a complete report on Abby s progress. I have great confidence in Dr. McCabe and everyone at Longwood Veterinary who have been so supportive. I am very grateful for their help.

Dr. Siegfred spent so much with Jake and I, so thoughtful and caring. I had so many questions, but never felt rushed, instead everyone made me feel like Jake was the most important dog of the day. The staff that transferred Purrz to and from the car were extremely polite. We cannot say enough positive words about Dr. Knipe. She explained everything to us, made sure we understood what was happening, what the next steps were, and gave her recommendations while answering all of our questions. This was Purrz first visit to Longwood Vet Center, but we have decided LVC is our new vet and we will be switching our other cat over as well. Truly a top rate, compassionate, pet-first veterinarian center.

At the beginning of the appt, I had requested a copy of my dog s vaccination records, but the tech must have forgotten, and I did, too. Just figured I d mention it!

All staff are both efficient and thoughtful, also communicate well. The vet even came out to car to follow up. Most importantly, I appreciate their manner of interaction with our dog!

The doctor was on time, friendly and explained my options very clearly. I must say, it is nicer talking with the doctor outside of my car rather than on the telephone. Good experience. The tech was excellent as well.

The staff, from reception, to nurses, to vets are always caring and I feel my pets get all the personal attention they deserve. Vets always call with test results, offer options for treatments, and encourage questions. Have had them treat emergencies and chronic conditions and feel my fur babies couldn’t be in better hands.

Dr. Andrew’s and staff are top notch. Very patient, knowledgeable, and caring. I drive an hour to take my golden retriever Simba for visits. I would drive two hours. Thanks for all that you do for him.

thanks so much for taking care of this (previously) homeless kitty. did anyone notice that one ear had a tip missing? i thought it might have been previous frostbite, but a friend says it was a TNR group- they tip the ears. hence his having been gelded but homeless!

Dr.McCabe is an exceptional veterinarian who has taken wonderful care of our cats throughout the years. She always makes us feel that our furry family members are her most important patients and that we have her undivided attention. We love her! Dr. McCabe is exceptional.
