The check-in procedures were very efficient and well done. Points of contact were excellent and I felt staff gathered all information necessary to do a thorough examination even without me being present to point out the issues of concern. Covered everything that was important for this visit and our next steps. Very pleased with our experience!

It was our first visit as we are new to the area, but the tech who took our dog in from the car and then brought her back was great! And vet who treated her called to discuss the visit. Not being able to go in isn’t ideal, but thought they handled it great!

Understandable with COVID-19 I believe my cat smoodge would have been a little more settled with me in the room with her. Maybe next time. Thank you for taking the time to review with me both cats over the phone.

Don t know about how clean the place was, still not allowed in. I found this visit extremely impersonal because of the recent hysteria and since my dogs are my children did not care to totally give them to someone else, a stranger for their care. Not your fault, these are my feelings.

We feel very fortunate that our senior dog is in such wonderful hands. Doctors, nurses administrators are talented, compassionate and friendly. Thank you for your excellent care and commitment to your patients and their fur-parents!

I appreciated that your staff brought the medications to my car. I REALLY appreciated that they were willing to take my dog into the facility and weigh her for me. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.

I really would rather have a face to face appointment in with my pets. I understand why you are not doing this at this time, but for the future I hope it will be possible. I think being in with the vet I more time to remember and bring up questions. The questions answered before the visit help with this, though. I would also like to have a summary of the visit with specific info on it, such as my pet s current weight, etc. and any specifics we talked about, rather than just an invoice.

As always, you all did a fabulous job and are the best! For 15 years, you took such good care of Josie. She loved all of you but especially Dr. Strine, her husband,and their family for performing the surgery that saved her life and for making her a part of their family for several post-op months. It was meant to be that Laurie was with her at the beginning and the end. Love to all of you.

Need more shade trees so you don’t have to wait in a hot car, and a gelato bar would be a nice touch. Otherwise , keep up the great work.

I was not inside, so I can’t rate cleanliness

I appreciated the FaceTime with the Doctor, while she showed me the small injury to her left hind paw. You have a great staff of employees and I recommend this practice to sll my friends!

Dr Andrews is very knowledgeable and knows my pet very well. He is hard to handle and she is very good with him. The staff is always very patient with all of my concerns and questions. I would not go anywhere else.
