Thanks so much for the FaceTime appointment for my new puppy. I greatly appreciated knowing what was going on with my puppy while he was inside the clinic. I can’t away with some great training tips and they’ve been very helpful.

Longwood veterinary always does a thorough job with exams of Duke. The staff is pleasant and courteous .

The wait time was long but we were advised after we got there that the had had an emergency call.

I could not get this to work. All questions were answered as excellent. You have outstanding, caring staff. They remember us, they are helpful and pleasant on the phone and I have recommended your practice to other pet owners. The only complaint I have is that there is COVID and I can t come in and pick out my rescue chocolate. We use it at work as a true rescue on a hard day.

We love Longwood Vet. We have been going there since we adopted our first puppy back in 2001. We couldn t imagine going anywhere else ... we wouldn t trust anyone else with our sweet puppies. Thank you for all that you do!!

Dr. Sorensen was excellent! Really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful she was in discussing concerns and writing out all her recommendations on discharge papers.

We just moved to the neighborhood and this was our first visit. No wait, fast service and everyone was very friendly. They spent the time answering all of our questions, we will be back again for future visits.

The follow up by Dr. Andrews was excellent. This idea doesn t relate to this particular appointment, but this could be an option when the corral doesn t apply such as cats. Have you considered having an outdoor screen with audio under a canopy, where a pet owner could stand outside the building and watch the appointment? With all of the remote learning options, there are many more ways to connect people.

This is my 5th Golden under the care of Dr Wendy. You cannot ask for better. The staff is consistent and compassionate. I travel an hour to get to Longwood they are that good.
