The girls that gave Lucy her shot couldn’t have been more efficient and charming

Dr. Sorensen was excellent! Really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful she was in discussing concerns and writing out all her recommendations on discharge papers.

We just moved to the neighborhood and this was our first visit. No wait, fast service and everyone was very friendly. They spent the time answering all of our questions, we will be back again for future visits.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with Elle.

Longwood staff is the best......kind courteous caring. WOuld reco them to all. Carla the vet can t be beat! Wonderful detailed instructions before during after surgery. SO happy you exist to care for dear Gracie!

The follow up by Dr. Andrews was excellent. This idea doesn t relate to this particular appointment, but this could be an option when the corral doesn t apply such as cats. Have you considered having an outdoor screen with audio under a canopy, where a pet owner could stand outside the building and watch the appointment? With all of the remote learning options, there are many more ways to connect people.

This is my 5th Golden under the care of Dr Wendy. You cannot ask for better. The staff is consistent and compassionate. I travel an hour to get to Longwood they are that good.

It would be nice if the Vet came out and talked to me by the car. They do that at VRC

Great experience as usual.

I commend everyone for continuing to operate during these tough times. One visit I had, the technician had a hand held device to scan my credit card when she brought my pet back from his exam. This made the checkout a little quicker.

Excellent visit under difficult circumstances. Brought 2 kitties, one of whom escaped her cage. I arrived late and stressed out. Staff took care of everything quickly, even digging up a carrier for me to use on the trip home. Dr. Andrews, as always, was very thorough in her exam and spent time reviewing results and recommendations.

Longwood is where I come when I really need thoughtful and responsive and state-of-the-art care for one of my (too many) pets. I appreciate the level of attention to detail and your thorough COVID protocols. All the vets have been great, but especially Dr. McCabe.

These are crazy times. It s hard not to be able to go in with my puppy, but I know she s being well cared for. She s never afraid when she gets there, so she must be having fun when she is inside! Thanks for making the best of a difficult situation.

There was a little difficulty with the phone call. Weak signal. Wifi worked fine. Consider Zoom? Dr. O Sullivan was great! She answered all of my questions about Angus. See you all n a few weeks for the next line of vaccines.

Staff very friendly and helpful

My only concern is that for some reason I have no cell reception in your car park. I am never able to get through to reception to check in, and the vet/nurse always has to come out to talk to me as they cannot reach me on my phone. Not sure if anyone else has that problem?

Always excellent care

Dr Freeman and her staff have been wonderful, and our puppy is so happy coming to the vet. She takes the time to thoroughly explain what she is checking and answering any questions we have,
