Your team is fantastic. All around. I appreciate how thorough everyone’s notes are, such that one doctor can easily hand the baton off to another. In any other situation it might be tough to bounce from one doctor to another (which would make scheduling far more difficult), but your team has really done a fine job of making it seamless.

Dana Mcildoon is SO amazing. I have literally followed her where ever she has gone from DE to Lancaster to you guys. Don t let her get away! And the rest of the staff is always so very friendly!!! Love it at Longwood!

I have been coming here for years. My pet was sick in the late afternoon, upon calling there were no appointments available. I was told that I can come in and it would be an Emergency Visit. I feel if you are a longtime customer I don’t understand why the charge. We all love our pets so of course I paid the fee. I feel that this is wrong.
