I boarded my cat and he had an appointment for a vitamin D test so I wasn’t at the appointment. It was his first time being boarded, and when I picked him up, the girl that helped me said that London was really good and he was calm all the way home so I was happy

There should be a not applicable response option, not just yes or no, because some pet owners are not seeing a doctor, just a staff member. For example, Daisy was just in for boarding.

Dr Evangelopoulos was so kind and helpful while I was in total meltdown mode over Jasper s issue. She was very informative on my options for further care for Jasper. I also appreciate her follow up call the following day. Thankfully Jasper is recovering well at CASE critical care hospital.

As always the staff was great. We really appreciated the phone updates on her blood work and upset stomach.

Everyone was so nice and very loving to my dogs. Dr Glassberg is a gem. You can tell he truly cares about the animals that he treats. He was gentle and kind and explained everything in a clear way and answered all my questions. I feel confident leaving my dogs in his expert care. The office is inviting and plenty of room for multiple animals without worrying about possible altercations. The Drs assistants were kind and gave lots of love to my pups even when my big Am Bulldog was nervous and a little scary. I would highly recommend to anyone that this is a great place to bring your pets and be assured they will get excellent care and lots of TLC! Thank you??

From doctors to staff , everyone combines highest level of expertise with compassion for pets and people. Every doctor has been wonderful and I also appreciate a continuity in care by scheduling with the same doctor.

Dr. Lee is superior. I appreciate her kindness towards my lab, Teddy and her knowledge of his eye issue. I was so worried and she put us at ease.

I would love to see the plants taken care of. They need some maintenance and cleaning.

I found Dr. Alice very caring both for my puppy and myself. She took time even after my visit to answer questions that I had. I enjoyed her both as a vet and as a person. I would definitely ask for her for future visits.

June 23 we had an appointment with our pet Buster , the appointment was for a physical and vaccinations due to the inability of the doctor to put Buster at ease in a strange environment we had to schedule a second appointment for vaccinations. We have have inquired with our neighbors concerning their recommendations on other veterinarians

The vet tech was absolutely amazing!! She was very kind and patient with Kylo. He is a very nervous pup but she assured to take things slow at his pace and it ended up making the visit quicker than they usually are. 10/10 treatment, I truly appreciate the team.
