I had the first appointment of the day. I was seen and sent to the waiting room after 30 minutes to be cashed out with some medications. There I waited for 50 minutes which is WAY too long. I find that this is almost always the case and when I visit other veterinary practices, it is because I get in and out of there in a timely manner.

Dr. Lee is the kindest most wonderful vet. Knowledgeable and knows her stuff. We are also incredibly grateful to the person who answered the phone and gave us an emergency appointment. The hot spot needed antibiotics and steroids. It saved us a trip to the emergency veterinarian on Sunday. I am so glad we were able to see a vet that we knew and that knows our dog. I am glad we received care so fast and he was able to stop the spread of the hot spot.

The girl that helped me was wonderful I’m sorry I forgot her name! She was very sweet and really liked Minnie ! The Vet was also very helpful !

It was such an amazing experience coming to Sunnycrest. It was my first time with my companion Leia and I was very nervous due to my prior vets experience. Everyone here is amazing! The staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a pet to come to Sunnycrest!

Appreciate you keeping her for boarding for 2 1/2 days. Staff seemed very attentive to her care

I was disappointed with having to bring my cat back another time for a shot she should of received and requested when I was there for her yearly checkup.

My recent visit was only for boarding, so there were no problems or care instructions to discuss. However, during past visits, you and your staff have always met or exceeded expectations in those areas as well. The only recommendation would be to not require clients to set specific drop-off and pick-up times. Preparing for and returning from travel can be hectic, so having more flexibility with respect to my cat s boarding would be appreciated.

We have had all our pets at Sunnycrest veterinary , and boarding, for over 30 years! Why? Sunnycrest has caring, competent, and animal-loving doctors and staff, who we can count on for all our dogs and cats’ needs. Records are well kept, and the reminders are nice to have, along with a lovely environment. Whenever I would tell my pets, especially my dogs, “We’re going to Sunnycrest,” they would jump into the car excitedly! Thank you, Sunnycrest, for all that you do for our fur families in Fullerton!
