I love all Sunnycrest personnel!! I have never had one single time in 40 plus years, met anyone there that doesn t show what a happy, happy animal lover they are! They are always respectful and compassionate to their human clients as well!! Even other pet parents are super nice!! Their love for animals also shows through in every look; every smile, every comment!! I ve met so many people...personnel and client, that I have almost immediately wanted to lunch! I came in for a Grooming for my Labrador. Great service!!! The groomer did an excellent job on my dog s nails. She is very spirited and can be very difficult during a nail trim.

Thank you all, I’ve driven a hundred miles just to get Bentleigh groomed and to see a doctor, we are know driving from Long Beach. The Staff and Doctors are wonderful

It’s really unfortunate having to pay close to $50 for an examination fee, only to have the vet check our pup’s vitals for under 2 minutes. The lowered examination fee for cytopoint injections should be much, much lower. It makes me hesitant to get the treatment done again in the future.

The vet was thorough and knowledgeable. The technician Sarah was very professional and so gentle with my cats.

Dr. Alice always takes Great care of my pet! I wish there was better explanations as to why everything costs so darn much. Doesn t make sense that a Vet Bill is more expensive than a doctor visit.

I was a bit disappointed with the doctor, she seemed to be completely unaware of my dogs issues, although she had her chart with multiple years of bringing her there for check ups. I also didn’t feel that the doctor or her assistant had good bedside manner with my pup. I was disappointed to say the least.

We love you guys! We would never go anywhere else for veterinary services.

The care my pets and I receive from Sunnycrest is head and shoulders above any other practice I’ve been to. I travel from Los Angeles to come see Dr. Lee and the staff because everyone is exemplary at their jobs. Thank you so, so much.

I came in for my dogs anal glands which is a very quick visit and I made an appointment beforehand since I have 2 small children, which means times of the essence. It took 40-50 minutes to get my dog seen and the staff seemed to have forgotten about us or didn’t want to perform the procedure. I don’t understand why I should even make an appointment.
