The wait in the room with an anxious pet is too long.

Staff was friendly, attentive and professional.

I couldn t ask for better care than was given to Pfritz while I was gone on vacation. Kudos to the whole staff!!!

I have a problem that nobody has called me to explain the results of my dog s ultrasound which happened yesterday. I called today and the tech said the results had been received, but not reviewed by a doctor. This was in the early afternoon. I would have expected someone to contact me as I m very concerned about my dog and would like to know what the results of the ultrasound are. I was in for the office visit on Monday, I had the ultrasound early Tuesday and now it s Wednesday night and I don t know what the ultrasound revealed.

My dog s symptoms of urination has become much worse since Low dose dex testing and starting on vetoryl. It was bad before but he s literally urinating 20+ times a day. Dr. Demitra suggested increasing the dose but I m not sure how that would help seeing as the current dosage is making it worse? Please suggest an alternative that actually works to relieve the symptoms or I may have to find a new vet. Thank you.

I’m going to address a different doctor the next time I come in. The veterinarian I have been with the past 3 visits has been condescending towards me. I don’t appreciate her candar at all.

We really loved the Groomer s work on our Cat. Our cat came home very lovely. We appreciate the Front Desk in helping us through the check-in and out process. And for all the Doctor and staff attention to our cat s care. Excellent. Thank you.

We had a great appointment with Dr. Demetra and her assistant Jessica. Recently also had to speak with the new manager Adam and he was very warm and able to handle my minor complaint with class. I m not sure if the blue hair woman who was the manager is still there but will ask for Adam in the future if issues come up.

I love this facility. The Staff and Vets are top notch!!! Highly recommend.

I find that early morning appointments are on time. No waiting. We did not see a doctor, vaccines only.

Tech forgot to remind me to purchase an important item I needed. I left without it but I travel far to come to sunnycrest so I ll just have to have my pet go without until next time I m there

called for a need to be seen today appt at 8:00am - was granted an appointment time and Molly was seen within the hour. Staff was very accommodating to her needs

I absolutely love the staff! My dogs have always ben well taken care of. It would just be awesome to be seen sooner than 50 minutes after I ve arrived/ my appointment time.

I ve been bringing Gracie there for nail trimming for a while all of a sudden you need to muzzle her, a dog only returns the treatment it s been given she s never been like this with any other vet. Your assistant was Uncaring and very unsensitive to the situation. And I can go further I brought my other dog sequoia in and Dr. G. misdiagnosed her told her she needed injections once a month for arthritis and the knee when in turn she had a spinal infection which I kept directing that to the Doctor but he wasn t listening to me, MY GIRL WAS IN ALLOT OF PAIN. Ended up taking her to a surgeon and neurologist to find the problem and I know Doctor Sebastian @VSSOC had submitted this documentation proving that it was misdiagnosed. In the end I feel your veterinarian is all about a revolving door for money and not taking the care and kindness to the animals and fully trying to find the diagnosis of the Problem.

I love bringing my cat here. All of the staff are caring and their love of animals clearly shows. I trust Drs. Dimetra And Glassberg explicitly due to their experience. I have been coming here for 25 yrs. with my various pets for routine and emergency care. I will not go elsewhere.
