Dr. Dimitra Evangelopoulos was fantastic and provided guidance on what vitamins would help my aging Goldendoodle Bailey Appleton. She was personable, funny, professional and smart. Also, Erin in the front desk is always so helpful.

I ended up waiting about 45 minutes in the lobby before being seen, and when I asked about the delay, it seemed like I hadn’t been checked in properly. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced a long wait—on a previous visit, I had to take a two-hour lunch break to accommodate the appointment. I feel like I’m always forgotten. I understand things can get busy, and I really appreciate the care you provide. But I’ve noticed that long wait times seem to be the norm, even for routine visits like vaccinations. I wanted to mention it because I’ve started to consider other options for those types of appointments, just to better manage my time.

Excellent service for my kitty who went in for asthma issues. Dr Alice & assistant addressed the situation with knowledge & kindness.

The last two appointments for vaccines was disappointing. The parking was full, I had to double park. The wait for just a vaccine was 50 minutes. There was always a minimum of 5 patients waiting. Overbooking???

Koda came in for grooming and after he came home he could barely get up and walk. 6 hours is too long for my nearly 10 year old dog to be standing. He doesn’t settle in your kennels very well. He stands and keeping him that long is causing stress on him hips and joints.

Change or update the bulletin-boards. The picture are old and yellow as are the bulletin-boards which makes the exam rooms seem grungy and dirty

Abbey (patient) loves Dr. G. He is so gently and patient with her. Although she had bad reaction to the 2 vaccines it was the first time she vomited shortly after her visit. Interesting is she had had both of these same vaccines 4 weeks ago with little or no visible reaction.

Really not important, but new plants would spruce up the place ??

Dr. Dmitra takes so much time to answer questions and explains everything so carefully. We have been patients for over a decade and have been happy for all that time, but she goes above and beyond what one could expect from a vet.

Thanks for the vaccine clinic option. We are in & out quickly. Extra thanks to the vet tech-when we bring in both hounds at the same time we are a lot to deal with. Calvin howls, Clark is grumpy and I’m anxious! Your kindness & patience is greatly appreciated.

My dog JJ is close to the end of his 18 years and your staff has been so caring and the two times a visit was spur of the moment/emergency they made a full effort to make sure JJ was seen that day. I can t say enough good about Sunnycrest.
