Jim loves to come see his friends at Sunnycrest! The staff is always welcoming and understanding. I could not imagine taking my husky anywhere else. ????

My only request is to not put us in a room just to have us wait 45 min for the doctor to arrive.. i was perfectly happy sitting outside in the air and not in a stuffy room, i could have waited outside longer if the doctor needed more time. otherwise care was exemplary, as always. Thank you!

I was told that my dog would need teeth cleaning. The cost is astronomical. It doesn t even cost me a fraction of that cost to have my own teeth cleaned.

I absolutely loved Dr. Dimitri (I’m so sorry Because I am sure I didn’t get her name right, But it’s the first time I have seen her, and she was phenomenal!) Very warm and comforting greeted explaining our dogs ear infection. 100% would recommend her. Also, the staff member who assisted for triage was fantastic. Very friendly and great with our dog, wonderful people skills, and animal skills.

Dr. Lee is Exceptional, Knowledgeable, Compassionate and very Caring we are BLESSED to entrust our fur babies to her thank you SO VERY MUCH!!!

Maybe transition some things to tablet based, for recording test results. I was given the wrong results due to someone’s messy hand writing. All was resolved same day, but the back and fourth plus time could have been spared with a tablet.
