I have been going here for over 30 years.

My kitty has mouth cancer ! They were so good with him explained everything to me ! I had such a wonderful experience with the tech and vet !! I found my new vet !! Been searching awhile!

The staff the tech the doctors they re all compassionate caring and very tentative to listening to your concerns. I would and I already have referred a friend I had the most amazing experience with my dog. Thank you to the staff the Doctor s the techs for all you do, You are truly appreciated thank you again

Very good service

This was a grooming appt not vet. I’m very happy w veterinarian services and will continue to bring my pet for vet care. I will not use the grooming service again. The grooming appt was very disappointing and they had my pet for 5 hours. Even though I arrived at set appt time. It does not take 5 hrs to groom an unmatted dog. I will not use grooming services again. It took 2 months to get an appt , I was never told about requesting “express” grooming. Or that my dog would be there for most of the day. I never would have left her if I knew it would take 5 hrs.

I have nothing but the very best things to say about Dr. Lee and the people at Sunnycrest. We came here bc our dog needed a scary surgery and everyone at Sunnycrest was so helpful and kind. Thank you so, so much for taking care of our girl. We will absolutely be returning!

Although I did receive good care, I am disappointed that you bill a follow up visit anytime you need a cytopoint injection. Cytopoint has been a game changer for my dog’s allergies and she has been getting regulars appointments every 2-3 months for the past 4 years. It is an expensive treatment as is, but paying an extra $45 for a visit is ridiculous. I am a new patient and am seriously considering looking elsewhere for vet services due to this. I was told this was due to the possibility of issues arising from owners waiting too long between injections, but it is unfair to owners who do bring their dogs in regularly. This review is not on the staff or doctors I dealt with but due the POLICY that is forcing me to look for other offices. It really gives off the impression that you are milking customers for their money, not the reason I was told.

Sometimes the wait times are crazy but this time I was in and outta there in an hour…YAY!

I love all.of the staff that I have encountered at Sunnycrest. I have given recommendations regarding Sunnycrest to friends and acquaintances when asked where they should take their beloved fur baby for treatment.

Our cat, Katrina Peelle, can be feisty, but Audrey is so good with her when getting her nails trimmed. Audrey is quick and accurate, and super friendly. We appreciate her kindness. The rest of the staff has also been so helpful and talented over the years! Thanks to you all!

Cameron assisted me with my pets and I found her to be extremely pleasant with a wonderful, calm demeanor. She was caring and gentle and just had such an overall great vibe.

I had a previous veterinarian that I had been going to for years. Had to go to Sunnycrest Animal Hospital because my vet at the time couldn’t fit me in for an emergency. I called Sunnycrest and they were able to accommodate me . They were so nice and compassionate, I will be forever grateful! They made it such a good experience considering the circumstances.
