UGH . . .our appt. was for 11:15, saw the Dr. at 12:20 . . . :(

My only complaint would be the long wait for grooming appointments

My only complaint is that your prices make it difficult to give our pets all of the services they need (we have to pick and choose), and the time it takes to get in and out is awfully long. This is a problem for those of us who work during your business hours.

The only issue every single time is the wait! We again had to wait almost 30 minutes past our appt time. The lack of understanding that we as the patients time is just as important as the doctors time is frustrating! I’ve never had an appt that was on time! Maybe the scheduling needs to change! The wait time is the main reason I would leave the practice to go somewhere else! Everything else is great but my time is valuable and I don’t believe that is understood by the practice!

Dr Dimitra is really warm & caring. We have a very shy, timid pet dog, so we really appreciate her.

Wait times are very long and while staff and doctors are kind and attentive once you see them, more should be done to shorten wait times Increase information to those who are waiting (use electronic billboard more) and help keep prices down. Food and other non prescription items have a high mark up

I truly appreciate such caring, patient and knowledgeable vets such as Dr. Glassberg & Dr Demitri, and all of the team for the fantastic level of care they have always given to my furbabies and to us , as our baby girl has some challenging issues to figure out , and they have done it!! My baby girl is improving thanks to Dr. Dimitri! Xoxo

Wait time has been very delayed, last 2 appts waited 30-45 minutes

Our two labs receive excellent care from the vets at Sunnycrest Animal Care Center.

I know you are busy, but please try to keep the waiting period to a minimum..half hour is too long

as always best vets, staff very knowledgeable and very caring. from the moment you walk in staff welcomes you and signs you in.

Sarah did a great job on Lux s grooming and she was good with communicating with any questions regarding her cut. And Lux was able to get her vaccines all in one day. We love SunnyCrest and continue to let others know. They always take care of our pets with genuine love and care.

Dr. Dimitra is just the best!

I waited almost 44 minutes before being seen by anyone. This is not an unusual occurrence. If my dogs were not so old, I would not come back. Your doctors are very good but it always takes hours when I have an appointment.

Dr. Demitra and the staff at Sunnycrest are all amazing. The care that my pets have recieved has been outstanding. I trust Dr. Demitra 100% and I love that she is sincere and genuinely cares about my pets. She goes out of her way to explain things and answer all of my questions. I’m very happy that I’ve found Sunnycrest Animal Clinic.

We did not go into the room. Stayed in the lobby. Service was fairly quick!

Everyone there is wonderful, especially Erin and Dr.Demitra!!!
