Dr. Lee has been incredibly smart, efficient and helpful in a variety of ways that has helped us to keep our 14 yr. old dog going strong. She is an excellent Vet and we think so highly of her. Thank you for having her as a part of the Sunnycrest team!

The vet s assistant messed up with my cat s vaccines. She should have provided both at the same time. Instead she provided the first, then when I was paying, she said she had forgotten the second. We had to bring my cat back into the room for her second vaccine, which she was not happy about. Then she had difficulty injecting the vaccine and had to call in for assistance. It was a painful experience for my cat. It seems the assistant was not well trained. Perhaps the vet should be providing the vaccines, not the assistant. Isn t that what we are paying for?

Dr. Demitra is the best!!! She really knows my pet and cares. I feel very confident my dog is getting the best care possible when I visit!!!

In a nutshell…from the moment I walk in an exit, the entire staff continue to be 5 Star in all aspects of my visits!! It doesn’t stop there…by observation, I see the same level of care and service provided to others bringing their pets in as well.

When I came to pick up my 2 dogs, the attendant had me walk back to the kennels and leash my 2 dogs, which was kind of difficult when you are trying to keep 1 still, the attendant just stood there watching me struggle instead of helping, I don t think it s a good idea going back to the kennels, I found it disturbing and very rude customer service..Been coming here for 5 years and was not too happy this last visit

My parents have been bringing our family pets to Sunnycrest since I was a toddler, I am now in my late 30’s and there is no other place I will bring my own pets. I remember when I was young I used to want to work at Sunnycrest when I grew up. I love the facility and the staff has always been consistently on point and fabulous. Thank you

Your staff is always kind and professional. We have enjoyed working with Dr. Demetria over the past year for both our senior dog Bobby and our newest edition, Fonzie. She always makes sure to call back and ensure any of our questions and concerns are answered.

The staff was extremely kind, thoughtful and sensitive during a very difficult time. They made a very painful moment bearable.

It s frustrating to get prescription meds for my cat renewed. I too often have to repeatedly call for a renewal. At times I m told its taken care of but the pharmacy denies it.

When you have a situation where things unexpectedly get backed up it would be nice when checking in if you let patient know so we could have the option to reschedule.

Despite the fact that my pet didn’t get the vaccines he needed the prior appointment, I was given an appointment quickly and waiting in the car till the room and vet tech were ready was better for his anxiety. The vet tech was very positive and quick to help and very kind to Sam.
