I was so impressed that I was able to get an appointment not only on the same day I called but within an hour of my call. My dog was having trouble getting around and I was prepared to wait until the evening to take him to the emergency clinic if I couldn t get in at Sunnycrest but you all saw us and Cloudy is doing much better. Dr Tomko is an excellent veterinarian. I am so glad we have her as our veterinarian for Oso and Romi. I was overjoyed that she followed up with us on Friday on how Oso and Romi were doing. What a remarkable person.

Sunnycrest is the best!

Staff was courteous, friendly, and you can see that they all love animals. Staff answered all questions and presented an estimate before anything was done.

This was the fourth appointment for our puppy vaccinations. We had a schedule setup for which ones she would receive each time, but at the second & third appointments, there was confusion by the staff as to which shots she was supposed to get. On the second appointment (11/14), the wrong vaccinations were brought into the room and I had to show the schedule that the Dr had set up in order for the correct ones to be administered. The tech had to leave the room to confer which ones she would be getting that day. Also, at each of the appointments, we were seen around 25 - 30 minutes past the appointment time despite arriving on time.

Dr. Demitra (sp?) is always so generous with R2. Jessica was as well. it was nice to meet Sarah, the groomer, with whom R2 has a 2/14 appointment. Everyone is always professional, but with fun and a sense of humor. We just need to work on the parking. Thank you always!!!

It s still frustrating that the wait is long. I realize each of us get your full attention, but would spacing us out a bit more help?
