I can t remember the doctors name, but she was very helpful and very kind to my pet.

It’s difficult leaving my dogs in boarding but I trust that they are properly taken care of by your boarding staff! Thank you for caring about animals!

We came in for labs, and Cameron was very helpful and understanding. Cameron took the time to explain items on our surgery estimate and was very patient and helpful with my questions.

I am disappointed to get a postcard indicating that my dog needs 3 vaccines and was just seen on Fiday 1/10 for Cytopoint and a grooming. The anxiety he experiences at the office is difficult is something I prefer to avoid. A vet tech even called to tell me the Vet had seen him prior to his cytopoint and I question now why the need for his shots would have been missed by both the vet and the tech? I would like to suggest a more thorough check when a pet is brought in for anything, to check the upcoming needed vaccines.

As always the veterinarian tech and more importantly Dr. Tomko were remarkable. Dr. Tomko takes the time and a long with us is working diligently to overcome Oso s ear infections. We are getting there. Oso s ear infections are less then before with the Rx meds she is precribing.

I absolutely love the staff and Dr. Alice, I feel extremely comfortable in the care our fur babies receive! I trust your team implicitly

Cam was so helpful by taking the time to help me get my 2dogs out of the car for boarding. She went over me food schedule for my dogs and answered all my questions . I really appreciated that Cam set up my dogs comfortably

I’ve been coming into your office for years and I’ve been very happy. I wasn’t happy when I left this time. I was pretty sure Maggie was suffering from too many recent treats causing her to have an upset stomach. I was looking for something to make her feel better. Instead I was told it could be her pancreas since she is 15 years old. It was recommended that I have several tests done, purchase a special dog food, give her pills, etc. I gave her the food when we got home. She had some and wouldn’t eat anymore. I spent $32 for nothing. She took one pill and would not swallow anymore. I threw away that money. I spent $310 that day and threw away about $100 because she wouldn’t eat the food or take the pills. Not happy. She’s due for her annual exam and I’m afraid to return.

Do you know the reason I brough Rusty in? He had bitten me twice. Once badly that required surgery on my hand. We love Rusty with all our hearts. We stressed to your vet that we were concerned that he might bite again. We did not just think for a minute that he needed to be euthanized. Your vet refused to euthanize him as he was the perfect dog in the office. 99 percent of the time he is. He minds very well when he wants to. Please call me. I would like to talk to the Supervisor or Manager of the Vet that saw Rusty and me and my wife. Thank you.
