We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment and were greeted and told they checked us in. Only one other person in the waiting area at that time. Soon dogs and cats came in one by one and were called back. After 45 minutes we inquired if we were next and they said somehow our paperwork was misplaced. Also I emailed you at the address above but never hear back yet....I don t expect a long letter but just an acknowledgement that my concerns regarding a separate matter would be handled. Thank you for your consideration.

We ve been bringing our pets here for years. The only complaint I have is having an appt but not getting called in until 20-30min later. What s the reason for the appt then??

When picking up Peter - the lady at the front desk did not give all of the prescribed medications. Didn’t realize until we got home that we were only given 3 out of 4 prescriptions. Had to drive all the way back to pick it up! Thankfully we were still able to pick up his pain medication. Office staff should really be aware of making sure patients are given everything that is prescribed so they don’t need to make an unnecessary trip back ESPECIALLY after having a procedure done.

Merlin had his nails clipped and I was informed that his quick was cut and that the bleeding was stopped. Unfortunately he bled a good amount on my car seat. He seems okay now. Just need to make sure that the bleeding is stopped. Thank you!

Everyone in the office is lovely, the staff is caring, facility is nice, however, the wait time is ridiculous. When you have to wait almost an hour for the doctor that’s a little much.

My dog defecated as I was leaving to go home. I went back in to get a bag so I could clean it up. I was impressed when your staff went outside to take care of it for me.

I was so thankful to the team. My dog is very very stressed when it comes to the vet and usually he never let s the vet even look at him. We were allowed to wait outside until our room was ready even with the do for in the room. He was there for a physical and the doctor was able to check his heart and body without him freaking out. Usually when we wait in the room for a long time he gets extremely nervous and the adrenaline kicks in and his trazadone does not work while at the vet. Very very happy with this last visit

The doctor was not required for my pet s visit. The survey was for staff that was responsible for the pet hotel. My request was not met for Minor grooming, even upon agreement prior to check in.

The Vet Techs are very kind, patient, and professional. We requested Dr. Tomko because she is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and very sensitive to the needs of our pets. I have recommended her to my relatives.

My appt was for 3:00 ? Had to wait for EVERYONE to come back from break ? Does EVERYONE go on break at the same time ?
