Excellent care and service.

Had to wait 45 minutes, which wasn’t easy with a very active, nervous puppy. Being chastised for his behavior wasn’t appreciated. No explanation or plan forward for his itching other than another shot & discussion about neutering. Frustrating

LEXI, MY 5 YR OLD DOG WAS THERE FOR VACCINES AND ERIN SAID TO PICK A PRESENT FROM UNDER THE TREE. LEXI CAME HOME WITH A STUFFED TOY AND HAS BEEN HAVING SO MUCH FUN WITH IT -- STILL IN ONE PIECE. THANK YOU FOR SHARING THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT - STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. CAMERON HAS GIVEN VACCINES A FEW TIMES TO LEXI AND SHE IS GETTING COMFORTABLE WITH HIM - LESS STRESS.

You need a parking structure or at least at a vehicle lift system above other cars, like a forklift setup. I almost parked by the horse trlr/ tracks. Had to do rock, paper, scissors for a space.

Respiratory virus going on right now for dogs is highly contagious , can we separate well visit from sick visit ?

The wait was very long & only had an appointment for a Bordatello vaccine

The doctors and staff really care about the pets that are brought in for checkups and treatments. They spend plenty of time with you and explain in detail your pets condition and care. They really love their work and I believe the animals sense that as well. Thanks for A+ veterinary care!

You have a beautiful facility; it s been clean every time I ve been there (I am a relatively new client). My recent visit was the first time I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Glassberg; he s such a lovely person! I m happy to have found you all.

Two things. People answering phones should not slam them down in the cradle unless they k is the client has hung up. Phone etiquette. Wish I could get a review of the visit I writing like Kaiser does. With recommendations links to meds etc. we just get a bill with a break down. Kaiser does a great job and can be a model to use to improve communication. Thanks

For tooth/teeth extraction, a recommendation is to see if we can preserve the tooth/teeth before extraction. It appeared it was just a simple sole discretion of the vet, but not a mutual understanding with all parties involved.

Not sure there’s much you can do with limited space, but parking is an added stress to an already stressful situation.

This particular visit was rough. You were short staffed. My husband was there for 3 hours and finally left. In the future you should be honest and offer to reschedule.
