It would be better for the doctor to come out after doing the work up in the back that is costly and explain their findings. I was told I need to schedule an echocardiogram and it’s about $900 and no explanation on what was found with the $92 test to check my dogs ears. Just they they were treated.. I greatly appreciate the technicians and doctor assistance but we’re paying for a doctor and only seeing them for 5-10 minutes out of an hour visit with no clear answers by the time our pet is done and paying.

I thought that the doctor did not explain things in a delicate way or ask any questions to ensure that I was doing my part at home. I left my appointment feeling defeated and alone. I had to do alot of my own research online to get answers.

I only wish we could have established the fact that she had an abscess in her anal glands during our first appointment. I did mention several times during the first appointment about my concern that there was what looked like an abscess but it wasn’t confirmed until she was sedated on take home medication in preparation of her anal gland expression. Also noticed that she needed a sedation reversal on our printout that apparently was needed to wake her up which is concerning since we are financially responsible for both since insurance does not pay for those items. Otherwise I am very pleased with the care we received and will be returning for follow ups and future care. Thank you!

I am a return client to this vet clinic and I know we all have crazy days but my appt was at 1045 I didn t get seen until 1145 and by the time everyone else who came in after me was greeted and treated I was thd last yo leave after 1 pm. Insane. I literally missed more work than I should have luckily im a senior level person so it was ok but what if I was not and circumstances were different...I really love this vet but if that happens again im not coming back

I was DELIGHTED to find that Dr. Bridges was available to see Daisy for her physical exam, so Amanda went to see if Dr. Bridges could do Daisy s third physical at Sunnycrest. I am so proud of Brooke, now Dr. Bridges, of all her hard work and dedication becoming a veterinarian. We hope she will be our FOREVER vet for Daisy and all our fur babies to come. I came in for my dogs Rabies shot that was expiring and the tech gave my dog vaccines that were not due until Aug- Sept. When they came back with my dog, she was not given the rabies vax. Per my last vet visit my dog is too ill to be given anymore vaccines. She has cancer. Rabies was only one that she was to get that day. I left concerned that my dog was going to get sick on me and I had to pay for vaccines that were not due yet. I hope this doesn’t happen again. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly but they need to pay attention to details. I left really frustrated that day. Tech said she would make a note on my dogs file.
