This appointment was easy to schedule for my urgent situation for my dog. Dr Alice was great and easy to talk to about my dogs issue. I’ve been bringing my Dogs to SunnyCrest for many years and we have always had great service. So reassuring. Thank you.

Plants in reception are very dirty! And some plants are dead! I would recommend a clean up to refresh your reception area.

The staff on Saturday, 5/30 were so attentive. My dog Colt loves coming here (unlike most of my pets) - he loves all the attention he receives. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff

We’ve been coming to Sunnycrest for six years. Two Bulldogs now. We’ve referred clients to your practice as well. In years past, it’s been great. The two older vets are phenomenal. The younger woman we saw the other day and the female Asian doctor we saw when Walt died were a disappointment, to be honest. I knew Walt was sick and the doctor a few years ago gave me different food to take home. He was seriously sick (not able to keep even water down for 60 seconds). Walt died in my arms 15 hours later. With Norman last Friday, the vet was nervous to clean Norm’s ears, clip his nails, do bloodwork or anything past taking a culture of his ears. She feared Norm would get too worked up or stop breathing. I appreciate her desire to be cautious, but I know my dog. He would have been fine and, in fact, rested easily in the car ride home. We live in Anaheim now and driving 40 minutes to get nothing accomplished was disappointing. We will always speak well of Sunnycrest, but we’ll be seeking a vet near us. Thanks Rev. Rob Goerzen

We love this clinic. It is the best one we have found, and we recommend you to anyone looking for a vet clinic. We especially love Dr. Lee and technician Lylah!

Wait time excessive

Vaccine only visit - little bit of a wait but always worth it and excellent care

I scheduled an appointment for a physical and 2 vaccines. I didn t realize until I got home the blood test and urine weren t done so I had to make another trip to the vet. Hopefully this won t happen again. Fortunately Dr. Glassberg waived the office visit.

We had to board our doggie for 10 days recently, and it was such a wonderful experience!! The staff was amazing and communication was great ! We had so much peace knowing how well our doggie was bring taken care of! Thank you to everyone ????

I love Sunnycrest - the doctors and the care my fur babies receive! BUT - every time I have an appointment I wait between 30 and 60 minutes to be seen. It truly is a problem that may make me decide to go to another vet. There’s always an excuse but how can this happen every time? My time is just as valuable as yours so why don’t I feel like you agree?!

Target is a happy and healthy cat and he says, THANK YOU!

My kitty always picks up fleas when she’s there. Any ideas on how to prevent that? Her crate wasn’t placed on the floor.

My dogs are my babies. And at Sunnycrest, they know how much we all love our fur babies and they treat them like their own. That is why I never really worry about taking our dogs in. They care. I appreciate everyone in the office! Excellent Job Everyone!

We are very happy with the treatment our dogs have received at Sunnycrest. We are especially impressed and grateful for the care and attention to detail Dr. Alice has provided for our dog Lucy with her two recent surgeries.
