Unfortunately like everything else in life the prices are expensive.

Rachel did an awesome job with our dog s grooming. We had previously worked out exactly what he needed done when I brought him for a cut and it came out just right. She works hard to make sure everyone is on the same page for grooming expectations and is willing to fix something if it isn t right.

Staff and Dr. Dimitra went above and beyond for our scared and timid Charlie! Thank you!

Although everyone is lovely, Erin is the reason we have kept coming here for over 20 years. I know that she truly loves Skye and Loona. And they love her right back.

I wish I would of remembered the technician that took care of Abbey. She was excellent! She spoke clearly and made good recommendations and I would highly recommend her to my friends.

The last two times we have been in, we ve had to wait 30-45 minutes beyond our appointment time before being scene. Maybe you should schedule fewer appointments and schedule more time per appointment so people (and pets) don t have to wait so long.

We have been bringing our dogs to Sunnycrest for several years now and have appreciated the compassion and professionalism of all of the doctors. Most recently we have built a rapport of respect with Dr. Alice. Our dog has a lot of health issues and a lot of anxiety when coming to the office and we are so grateful for her calm nature and understanding of how much our dog is a beloved member of our family.

The Vet, the Vet Assistant Alondra were exceptional. The one negative was how long we were at the clinic. Almost two hours (to see the Dr, examination, and to do labs.)

I had to leave because after waiting almost an hour being told I was next, I left. Last time I was there (with an appointment) I waited 1.5 hours. This time I called first to see if things were running “on time”…I love this place but c’mon ??

Wait time to see the doctor was too long. Waited 40 minutes.

Tiny was happy to see everyone and was even happier to see me and go home. Everyone there loves her.

Such a great place. Awesome staff and great care.

My dog is very big and sometimes hard for me to handle on my own. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! My dog loves going to his vet appointments!

We had a really great experience taking our cats to be seen by Dr. Cowan. She took the time to listen to our questions/concerns and make recommendations for our cats care. Special shoutout to our vet tech and the rest of the staff for making our visit a positive experience.

Dr. Dimitra was super nice and she was so living and caring toward willi. She explained all the vaccines and also answered questions and concerns that I had. She also responded to a question on a text message that I sent her in regards to vitamins for willi

EVERYONE was compassionate and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate the doctor and the staff. Alondra was the nurse and I was very impressed with her too!

This was a grooming appointment with Rachel. She is the BEST!! Good with my anxiety prone dog and great “haircut”. Rachel helpful with workable advice upon my request, which I truly appreciate.

Please give Dr. Dimitra a very large raise.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Gaertner; she was attentive, caring and great with Juno. As Dr. Glassberg was off duty with reduced hours, and Dr. Grimes has retired, it was very reassuring to feel so confident in her care. Thank you, Dr. Gaertner! :-)

Maya is the coolest person I’ve interacted with at Sunnycrest. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend the practice is because of the wait times and appointments having to be scheduled weeks out, might just be a sign of the times, but mostly satisfied.
