I will just say, it used to be better. I have been going there for over 25 years. It s very slow to get in and out. But people are very nice.

I stood in front of the counter in front of a girl for 3 to 4 minutes and she never acknowledged me final a guy came over from just coming into the room and saw me and asked if I needed help before I got checked in. The girl should have at least acknowledged me and said I will be right with you but she just ignored me.

Both dogs have had diarrhea and little appetite since getting flu shots. I don t know why, but will not get the flu shots again.

The staff was very helpful as well as the doctors in explaining everything to me clearly. My husband and I plan to return to use their other services. Thank you so much everyone ;-)

I ve been going to Sunnycrest Animal Care for approx.50 years. You have taken excellent care of 6 of my animals through the years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have always been appreciative of the care the doctors and staff have provided.

I recently had knee surgery and was so appreciative of the staff helping me move my German Shepherd from and to the car for my appt.

After over 23 years with Washington Blvd Animal Hospital the front office staff became rude in the last few years, it was time to change. Sunnycrest front office staff as well as the veterinarians have been expensive but phenomenal.

Kate poked my kitty 3 times for the vaccine and was not able to inject it , so she said that I was not holding my kitty so she would call another staff. But I worked in a pediatric clinic and I know how to hold kids for immunization. Don’t blame it on me. When the other staff came , she was able to inject the vaccine while I was still holding kitty.

We love Doctor Lee. She is very compassionate and explains all possibilities. She is great with follow up.

The doctors and the staff are great as always!

This was the first time I saw a very inefficient staff in turning the rooms! The appts were all running late and there were rooms open and no one filling them. Erin had to keep using the speaker to tell staff that there were rooms open. Someone needs to light a fire under those techs!

I believe her name is Angelica, she is a vet tech. She is wonderful! We had never had Dr. Lee before and she was fantastic as well.

New Vet techs should double check and be confident in medication and or vaccines they are administering are correct. Other than that, doctor and other staff are always great.

I love Sunnycrest and the care we receive there! The only thing I have noticed is that even when I have an appointment, I still have to wait for awhile, sometimes over a half an hour. This can be tricky when my husband and I have work or other commitments we need to tend to. But we wouldn t choose any other vet!

Waited 50 minutes for a scheduled appointment for 1 oral vaccine that that took 2min, had to remind the tech to take the temp before a vaccine

You guys are the best

Dr. Lee was compassionate and understanding of our concerns with our pup. She patiently answered all our questions and reassured us that Zeke was in excellent hands. Dr. Lee was outstanding in her surgical and suturing expertise. It was comforting to know that Zeke had such a great surgeon with a unique attention to detail. The staff both at the check in desk and attending behind the scenes were amazing as well. Thanks to all the wonderful Sunnycrest team!
