Our appointment seems to always be lengthy due to waiting for the vet. My dog is not very patient knowing there are other dogs outside. Otherwise everything else is great!

Waited over an hour, communicating would be nice I would have rescheduled

My kitty came for a bath and FIP vaccine. The whole process from drop off to pickup was quite simple and seamless. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I brought my kitties flea meds and asked if it could be applied after his bath. And it was done with no questions asked. Thanks!

A laceration that I came for did not get taken care of because” they did not have time”. This Dr is TERRIBLE. All of my dogs have gone to Sunny crest over many years. This doctor basically proceeded to tell me that my dog has many other problems. No, he is a healthy seven year old. $90 for no laceration,care but referred to someplace else. This place is really gone downhill since Glassberg and Grimes aren’t around. Breaks my heart.

I truly appreciated Dr. Evangelopoulos and technician (Jennifer, I think) making an extra effort to help my very nervous dog feel at ease. By the end of the visit, the Dr. literally had my dog eating some treats out of her hand! The office staff are always friendly and helpful.

Parking was horrendous! 45 minutes waiting for a parking place is about as bad as you can get for a vet office. Amanda and Dimitra were fantastice, friendly and handled doggies with care. Thank you both for the mellow first meetings.

The lobby was filthy! Look at the dust on the countertops and glass shelves! I also had to wait over an hour to meet with the veterinarian. We will give your facility one more try hopefully the next experience will be better.

Dr. Lee was very thorough and caring in her examination of both of our cats. The staff member very carefully handled our cats.

Wait times tend to be quite long, even with an appointment booked.

I got a HomeAgain chip for my Female Feline, yet when I logged in it stated Male Dog. I could not change it on my end with HomeAgain, I ve contacted your office, I assume it s being worked on. The online scheduling system isn t as clear as one would hope, one big annoyance is appointments can t be canceled online, even if it s weeks away.

Don’t double book! The wait is horrible! I was there at 3:00 and I left at 6:30!! That’s terrible ??
