Love Sunnycrest. Vets are so knowledgeable and patient.

The wait time to see the doctor was long, despite having an appointment. But the doctor and her assistant were very nice and helpful.

I am always pleased with every visit. Everyone is so nice to me and Gigi. I will always be thankful for Sunnycrest

Dr. Tomko was wonderful. She made some new suggestions regarding my dog s itching and it has worked wonderfully. The drawings and picture posted to the boards are great but are yellow and makes the rooms look dirty. Maybe put them in a memory book for people to look at and put new drawings up.

The staff and Dr were awsome and the girls in the front when I was there were very supportive of my situation.

The only complaint I have is regarding the grooming. I asked the groomer to do a just a trim on our dogs bodies but close cut on the heads and necks. She did not trim their heads close, in fact it looks like she hardly did anything to their heads.

Dr. Tomko and Alyssa were remarkable in the diagnosis and care for our puppy Biscuit. We re so thankful for their knowledge and direction as it saved our pup s life.

As busy as the office was on the day we went, the front office staff was still kind and welcomed us. Moses was our vet technician. He was awesome and very easy to understand. He was easy to work with and talk to. I met Dr. Dimitra for the first time and she was kind and very welcoming. Our Lux had an issue that somehow resolved itself, but we are so happy that she was still checked out. Thank you all for doing an amazing job.

Staff should be clear what exact labs are needed, ie blood, urine, etc. My dog peed before the lab appointment and now I have to find a way to collect and bring back to the clinic.

I want to acknowledge Erin, she was so caring and helpful with the situation we were put in. The entire staff was also great and really took the time to make sure we knew what was happening.

The vet tech we saw for our vaccinations was AWESOME. She was kind and helpful. She moved us through our appointment with efficiency, but without making us feel rushed.

The current staff is much more professional than the staff from the 1990 s (when my family was new to Sunnycrest). In recent years, it is more enjoyable to visit Sunnycrest because the atmosphere/vibe seems calmer and more collected. In the past, there was an abundance of nervous energy generated by the employees, the pets and the pet owners. The current employees project a calmer demeanor which helps lower the excitement level in the waiting area.

Great office!!!!

Several staff members seemed confused about what my appointment was for...simple cyst drainage, have it done every couple of years... ultimately it was taken care of and all was good, just wondering why relay of info was missed.

I loved Dr Rosenberg and was sad to read your email that she was leaving Sunnycrest although for a great new job teaching other vets. The other day your new doctor Dimitra helped my dog Bowie and I just want to say, “Great addition to your practice!” She was so helpful and gave him great care regarding his skin allergies. I will request her every time I return to Sunnycrest!

I was charged for a urine test, but they weren t able to get a urine sample. Now I have to get the sample myself or bring my cat back in within 30 days. It really stresses out my cat so I don t want to bring her in again so soon. I have no idea how I ll get the sample. I don t think I should have been charged for a service/test I didn t get.
