When every other vet/emergency/overnight vet either turned me away stated they have a several hour wait so i shoild go elsewhere.. you guys took my baby in right away. I thank you guys so much…

Dr. Rosenberg is outstanding. She treated a previous pet who had cancer and eventually had to be put down. She was so sympathetic and helpful with suggestions. Now this kitty also died and again her compassion was very much appreciated. She phoned with in-house autopsy findings and was very clear in explanations. We appreciate her so much. We would give you all our business but it is so expensive so we end up taking routine cases elsewhere. Sorry but we have a lot of animals and can t afford high prices.

I know that you have sent a message about trying to improve the wait time and opening your appointments. Availability has improved. I think that wait time is still a little too long. I think when you know you are running behind with your appointments, you should let us know when we check in and give a rough estimate of our wiat time. This is just a friendly suggestion. Thank you for your care of our fur baby Bandaid.

Erin was most helpful in my checking-in Cuddles and picking her up. She had everything ready including the medication I had requested.

The exam room was filthy. Long dog hair all over the floor, along with pieces of dog treats. I pointed that out to the guy that took me into the room, and he brushed it off saying ya, thats from the previous dog . I asked that he clean it. It should have been cleaned BEFORE he put me in that room. He reluctantly did so.

Dr. Rosenberg is excellent. She is caring, personable, professional, and knowledgeable.

We waited 45 past our appointment time to be seen. There was not adequate parking available. I had to call multiple times to notify the office we had arrived before anyone picked up.

I LOVE the vets here but wish they were more reseaonable and many times the wait is long even with an appointment. I do understand emergencies happen but.......

My dog, Jolie, and I love coming here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I always recommend Sunnycrest to everyone.

You ask for a thorough list of vaccinations and are a veterinary clinic which made us believe he would be in great hands. Unfortunately my dog got kennel cough at your facility and that cost him and us a trip to the vet.

The only issue I had was the delay in the surgery taking place. Drop off was at 8a and the surgery did not take place until close to 1p due to other emergencies. I was concerned with the length of time Archie went without food and water due to the delays.

Get more organized.

Several times I called to schedule an appointment. The phone would ring about five rings, then the connection would be broken without being answered, nor was a message announced. This occurred from a landline and from my cell phone. There was not an issue if the call was answered within the five rings.
