Friendly staff, nice place

We have been coming to Sunny crest since our dog was a puppy. They have always given us great care and patience. We would definitely recommend!

Sunnycrest doctors and staff are always friendly and professional. We have been going there for 30 years. Our pets are in good hands at Sunnycrest.

I have brought my dogs to Sunnycrest and Dr. Glassberg since 1969. Over the years they have been attended by many of the Doctors and I have always found them to courteous and professional in recommending treatment. Dr Grimes stated he is retiring soon and I wish him well

I really loved your doctors and the facility. However when I received the estimate for a lump removal, the price was ridiculously high. I am not a novice when it comes to lump removals, dentals, check ups, blood work, etc. I have spent more money than most people make in a year. The low estimate was over 1500 and the high estimate was around 1900 or so. I went back to my regular vet and that estimate was about 1000. Five hundred dollar difference? No thank you.

We are new to the vet and we couldnt be happier with all the Doctors and the team members! We were always the owners of an “aggressive/ may bite” dog but now we feel very welcomed. Keep up the good work!!! Thank you

You run a top notch facility. Wouldn t trust my pets anywhere else

I’m upset that my dog was in bad pain when we left and I had asked for medication for the pain and it took until the next day and me calling several times to get the pain medication. What doctor or veterinarian place will allow a dog to go home in such pain, he was panting and whimpering all the rest that day and night. I was not in the examination as he was dropped off for a bath prior so when checking out the ear medication was not demonstrated or explained to me. I will return because we’ve been going there for 6+ years but my next visit I will be more demanding and won’t leave until I have what I need for my dog if this happens again I will not be returning.

Dr. Tomko is new and showed professionalism and thoroughness during the visit.

I want to express my appreciation for Brittany on your staff! When I dropped off our dog at 8:00 a.m. on Monday 9/26 for a wellness check and a bath, there were only two people at the desk and one was on the phone. When it was my turn to check in, Brittany first had to clean up a pee puddle from my dog, which she did with a smile and a no problem attitude. She then took the time to make sure all of Boudreaux s information was up to date, including his many meds and supplements. We then looked down and saw that the dog had pooped! Again, Brittany smiled and cheerfully remarked now we have a stool sample! . When I came to pick Boudreaux up around 3:30, Brittany handled my check out and was still full of smiles and cheerful energy. What a great team member!

The last couple times I have been to Sunnycrest have been quite frustrating. I have had to wait an excessive amount of time. 45 min I waited this last visit to be called back. With a pet and a toddler this is NOT an easy situation. Maybe you need to leave more open time slots in case you run over so your clients aren’t waiting this long. A short wait is understandable but not 45 min.

The doctor was very friendly as well as the assistant. I really appreciated how nice they were to my dog too. Very complimentary about my dog, which I love to hear! Didn t seem rushed. I really appreciated the great service we received!!! Thank you!

I did not get to see Dr Glassberg but the young man and one in training were very caring and professional in my visit with Zoey and Jackson

Patient rooms are extremely hot and stuffy. We can t breathe with these damn masks in the first place but holy moly I thought we might go down. Thanks for taking care of the babies.

We waited longer for our sechduled appt than normal but everyone is as nice as can be and I ve loved all my experiences with my pets in your clinic.

Dr Cowan is wonderful and very sensitive to Annie’s needs. Annie is a rescue and can be fearful, but is very comfortable with her.

There is a terrible parking problem. ? Why did so many vets leave Sunnycrest? Stories of being turned away due to being too busy to see emergency cases. Just not the same as when I began using Sunnycrest as my dogs vet. Sad.
