Our Senior mini poodle was treated as an old friend! Schedulers were very helpful in trying to get Pippin seen as soon as possible. Vet tech, Erin, welcomed us and showed compassion and interest in gathering patient history while keeping our friend calm. Dr. James Chupeco assessed Pippin s problems and our concerns and was thorough in his assessment as well as his communication with us. His actions were very kind and caring for our 15 year old pal. And his treatment and prescription have remedied Pippin s health issues. We are so grateful to the Sunnycrest Family!

Dr James was great as always! I was super happy to see him again and know that Bacchus was in great hands! While Bacchus doesn’t love going to the vet, his mommy knows it’s necessary and it makes it easier knowing what an amazing practice Sunny Crest is! Thank you to ALL of the caring doctors I’ve seen over the years!

I think the Drs and staff at Sunnycrest are FANTASTIC! Its also nice to be able to accompany your pet for their visit (my pet has anxiety) and the process being more normal .

I had to make this appointment at the last minute as my dog was attacked and needed to be checked out. I am so thankful for the staff for being able to assist me on such a busy day and without a prior appointment.

Drs Lafavour and Rosenberg have recently cared for our pet and they are both wonderful!

Groomer never called home or cell phone when our dog was finished. She was there 8 hours for a bath, furminator, and dremel nails. I checked after about 4 hours, running behind and would call when ready. No call. I called at 4:30 & was told she was ready & a message had been left. No message !!

We missed our appt because every single parking space was taken by others already inside or waiting in cars with pets. There are no other options for parking, even the lot under the building. My husband brought our other dog Tuesday and it took nearly 2 hours with waiting. Is there overbooking occurring? We will have to reschedule but I don’t want to spend hours in my car

I tried to call to talk to someone in person. You might have been busy. No one answered. I wanted to share how wonderful Dr. Lefavour was! She actually sat down on the floor to examine Summer , our Lab. She was willing to do the least invasive thing. It actually was a great call! Summer is doing great! Thank you! I plan to ask for Dr. Lefavour next time!!!!

Your team is absolutely amazing and I’m so lucky to have been able to bring my cats to you for their care. I cannot thank you enough for squeezing me in when my cat started showing worrying symptoms and taking prompt and effective care of him until he was better, you are all so empathetic and kind and truly wonderful at what you do, I will forever be appreciative for that.

Overall I,was very happy, but it took 20 minutes to get in the building.

I am so happy with Dr. Lafavor and the staff, I would never think of going anywhere else. They re the BEST!!!!!!

The boarding facilities need to be updated and improved to make the pets more comfortable. In addition to not having any interaction, they don’t get enough time outside or to play. They are only allowed to relieve themselves. Our dogs ran to relieve themselves like never before. They didn’t see the doctor; if they did, we didn’t really hear about it. General attitude and communication seems minimal at best. Please try to make this facility better.

Great staff and great service

I know the clinic is really busy, but I found a lot of fur on the floor in the exam room and I had to pick it off my dogs nose when he had been sniffing around.

Everyone has been so great! My dog got sick and I had to find the nearest vet instead of her usual vet and came across Sunnycrest. I will be returning for further care, thank you all so much!

I love this place! Always a good experience from the doctors and support staff even if my dog is not feeling his or her best. We always feel well taken care of.
