Phone check in process at 8am to drop dog off for surgery very difficult. Phone line would not go live until 8am and continued to be busy for 20 minutes, as other clients in the parking lot were dropping off their pets. We were the first to arrive and one of the last persons to be assisted. I had to redial 25 times to get through.

Dr. Rosenberg is just fantastic. All of your vets and staff are great. We moved out to Placentia a few years ago, and there are many vets closer to our house, but staying with SunnyCrest was an absolute no-brainer. Thank you!

I did not speak to a vet this time because my pet came in for a bath and a shot so it was pre-arranged. I’m sure if I would have asked to speak to a vet when I picked her up that would have happened. I’ve always been happy with your service.

We had to wait in the car, in the heat for 45 minutes past appt. time. Perhaps there is a way to contact people with appt. times, when you fall behind (we know this can happen anytime with emergencies), but wow, sitting in cars in this heat was bad - damn covid! Stay safe and we were greeted promptly when we finally received the call back to come in.

All of these are no because I sat in the car with my dog for thirty minutes before anyone bothered to answer the phone for a wellness appointment you offered, in a time you obviously couldn t handle it. Poor customer service from the girl at the desk when she finally did pick up the call after having me on hold for twenty minutes. Told me that they answer in the order in which they get the calls, which also isn t true because someone pulled in next to me and got someone on the phone. We cab hear each others phone calls shoved in tiny parking places with our animals in the car being ignored by you lying to your customer does not look good, and after I checked in finally, after a thirty minute wait, I was told a technician will call me back and was hung up on. No time frame, no Apology for an unexpected busy rush. Nothing. I work in a call center and have been in customer service. You need a better system.
