My dog got his anal glands emptied and the doctor gave us a follow-up call that was appreciated. My dog also got groomed and his haircut is perfect! My buddy and I are very happy with Sunnycrest!

I would suggest a examination via zoom. This way owner s can see the actual Dr. examining their pet and can have better communication with the Dr. in asking questions live rather than via a technician. Zoom is free as long as examination do not go over 45 mins. As in my case, it was a very quick 15 mins.

Being this is a fairly new vet office for me and my pets, I have been happy with the care and information provided via Dr. James. I do look forward to the day that I can meet Dr. James and be in with my pets. It was difficult changing vets in midst of pandemic, but necessary due to my vet of many years unexpectedly retiring. Not being able to meet vets or be with pets during examines has been odd, but I appreciate the phone calls and time taken to give explanations and results until the time I can meet the vets. Thank you, Dr. James.

Did curb side because I have mobility issues and tech came out for my cat, which was very nice. I stayed in the car because of Covid.

Every time I bring Sophie, I am instantly put at ease. The staff from reception, vet techs and vets are second to none. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Glassberg this visit (have seen Dr. Rosenberg and Chupeco in the past); I was incredibly surprised with the detailed level of care and concern. All vets at the practice go above and beyond; this was demonstrated this time by Dr. Glassberg calling multiple times with test results, explanation and concern for Sophie s recovery. He even responded on his day off after hours to a question of mine with her lack of appetite. I will forever bring my furry children to Sunnycrest and recommend it as the only vet in town!

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to give input. I was told it may be 45 mins for appointment and then Dr would call. I believe I got a call at 1+ hrs with doctor thanking me for my patience and relaying there had been a couple of emergencies. I had no idea...and Buster still needing vaccines and bloodwork. Dr Rosenberg was very thorough with phone consultation. It would have been nice if I was called regarding extended wait prior to Dr calling. Have suggestion that there might be provided informational handout with regard to feline heart murmur. I can look on Internet, however. I was distressed when I arrived as there was gal in car with window down smoking in lot 1 next to where I pulled up. And another smoker showed up later smoking outside her car and I had to close my car windows. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, as many are, get sinus infections, and had to repark away from smoker(s) in lot. I do not think it should be allowed with people having to wear masks, in cars, pets, and where people drop pet off and stay in vehicle with windows down. I was pretty surprised over this. Maggie only had her annual shots. It would be nice to allow the owner of the animal to come inside with the pet. I understand why it’s not allowed; however, wearing a mask and keeping a distance, it would make it so much easier. Thank you.

Dr. Rosenberg is great. Always calls to explain things and calls promptly with lab results and to check in on our pup, Izzy. Makes me feel at ease. She’s very knowledgeable and goes through a great differential dx and work up!

As always, we appreciate the kind staff at Sunnycrest. Our puppy is a handful and we love knowing she will be in good hands, especially since we cannot go in with her.

I am pleased at the work that was done to make my dog better. The cost was extremely high as I thought it would probably be around $500 and it was almost $1,000, which is very financially hard as a single senior on a fixed income in Covid times.
