Tracy and Erin are always awesome! I can t remember the charming you lady who helped me on this visit, but she was also great - I just can t remember her name. My first (tele-) visit with Dr. Rosenberg - She was very thorough and I have high degree of confidence in her. My heroes remain Drs. Grimes and Glasberg.

I have been looking for a good veterinarian for my animals for a very long time and am so glad I found this facility. All the staff members from front office to the resident doctor are genuinely kind and take the time to answer all my questions. Their prices are reasonable and do not push for any unnecessary treatments. I will highly recommend!

Yes i was told to drop Rocket off @9:00 am he was finally finished after 1. Thats way to long to keep him in a cage might consider having him groomed elsewhere....

I love bringing my cat Leo here. I love the follow up from the Vet s. It adds such a personal touch! Thank you for taking such good care of Leo.

We were greeted in a friendly manner but not prompt. Staff did not pick up the phone when we arrived and called several times. So, we had to go up to front door instead of staying in car. We understand that it was a super busy day including a “euth” so it’s ok but would’ve been nice if someone at least answered the phones.

Considering what is going on with covid I am glad that I can get my fur babies a wellness check in a timely manner and everyone is being pleasant and running things smoothly and you get to talk to Dr.Glassberg or whomever u have appt with.Sunnycrest is doing a great job in these stressful times for all.

Not sure the web form for #7 is working, but it was easy to schedule an appointment. Also, can t rate cleanliness of facility; customers not allowed inside during Covid.

The staff and doctors at sunnycrest are always amazing. I would never think twice about going anywhere else. I am never nervous about my pet when he is at sunny crest because I know he is in good hands.

I am so sorry that I didn t do this survey until now. The safe procedures your care center has installed to keep customers, patients, and yourselves safe from Covid-19 are excellent. I liked it that the doctor called me to find out more information about Muffin, and made sure to follow up after our appointment. Keep up the good work! Muffin (even though she doesn t act like it) and I love Sunnycrest Animal Care Center!: )

So thankful Saturday is an option for appointments. Thank you for being open on a Saturday.

The Staff always very kind and friendly. They make me feel that my pets are safe.

The only complaint I have is we brought our dog in for grooming and they forgot to furbinate our dog which I requested and now I am dealing with a lot of dog fur that is coming out in clumps. Thank you!

The Staff always makes us feel welcome when we arrive for our appointment and will answer any questions. We have been coming for many years with many dogs and cats. Thank you for helping us through this awful epidemic.

I am a 73 year old senior citizen with a limited income. I had asked the lady that checked me in if she would please ask the doctor if I could get some kind of senior discount which I have received at vets before and it really helped and it kept me coming back. Upon checking out I was very disappointed with your extremely high costs and when I asked the girl who checked me out about the senior discount I asked for, she just said bluntly oh no we don t do that. I highly doubt that by taking a few dollars off my bill it wouldn t make any difference to a successful practice as yours that makes a lot of money. But it did make a difference to me as I barely make ends meet each month and thus I left with being dissatisfied and thinking surely I would not return, but I doubt if it makes any difference to you, why should it?
