Only needed vaccine and nail trim so no doctor this time but Elsa s nails were trimmed shorter than I ever realized they could be! So happy and will have you do it from now on! Thank you so much and happy holidays to all of you!

Staff have always and continue to be kind and attentive to me and my pets needs. Never a second thought where to take my pet for grooming and health care!

Since we are limited to the doorway, how can we judge the cleanliness of the facility?

My pet was only in for grooming but the staff was friendly and helpful as always

I do not like these Covid times and the way we have to follow certain protocols.

I do not know the cleanliness of your facility......I did not enter.....I was not allowed ! I disagree I can not be with my dog . Everyone can be 6ish feet apart. I disagree with ALL happening in today s world....BUT....I will respect your rules. You ALL are AWESOME !

Very good experience for dentals for 2 dogs. Only suggestion is that at pickup, the parking lot was full and it took over 15 minutes to get through on the phone. If there was a queue for the calls, it would help with the concern that more recent arrivals were getting through on the phone first just out of sheer luck.

My puppy was spayed and had a hernia fixed. Dr. James called me after the surgeries and explained everything and was kind and caring. The girls at the front were also so attentive and took my puppy as if she were their own. It made me feel so much better. Thank you for providing such amazing care.

Due to pandemic I did not go in to the facility or personally speak to a vet. Tech that came to my car to pick up and drop of Chloee was very polite and answered all questions I had.

The staff is always so friendly and supportive. I know that when we come here, my dog is going to be well cared for and given the proper amount of attention.

It was my dog, Cooper’s first time. Rachel was a fantastic groomer. I received a call in regards to the type of haircut my dog needed. I was told by the receptionist they would call and the groomer did. Thank you for a wonderful job of grooming but more importantly, taking great care for my Cooper.

1. Please put a NO PARKING, NO STOPPING Signage in the narrow area where the bridge is located. You cannot pass if someone parks there and I am not willing to dent my car on the metal posts. Maybe consider keeping 1 or 2 front parking spot for pick up only On my visit I was fortunate (being sarcastic) enough to encounter one person, who felt she had the right to park there and go get her animal s meds. When exiting a mom decided to leave her car running and parking her huge truck in the narrow pass--she had her kids in the running car and I was supposed to be empathetic about it...I wasn t since she obviously did not consider her child precious enough to bring in I waited over 1 1/2 hours due to emergencies and I get it but I was in no mood for these two women. Even your delivery trucks know not to park on the bridge area...it s too narrow 2. Technicians need to wear gloves if they are going to put leashes on animals. Are the loop leashes used once or multiple times on animals. Honestly, there is a lot of touching of my animals harness or collar if I let the tech do it. I had to ask the tech to let me do it. Thank you!
