I sat in my car for 45 minutes waiting to be called. I waited another 10 while my cat got her vaccines. Luckily, it was only in the 90 s on Oct. 1 not the 100 s like Sept. 30. I was prepared with 4 battery-operated fans, ice water, a cooling cloth for my neck and a cooling headband. I have a feeling most people who arrive to their appt. haven t planned as well. I imagine that may affect how they treat you and your staff. It s tough sitting in a hot shadeless car for 55 minutes.

The only negative was wsiting in the car for 35 minutes after my appointment time and it did take longer than usual to get the medication together, which was only a prepackaged, off the shelf med. Other than the extra waiting, everything was excellent! Great staff & Dr.!!

I ll be glad when this CCP-19 hoax is over. I know our dog can be a handful and appear aggressive. If either of us is not present she goes to the line. Tried working on that. Will be going to a certified/recognized trainer. I have no complaints about staff or support staff. I pity you when we aren t present. You all do a fine job. Sorry I m late responding, been in N. Dakota for 10 days.

I know during this pandemic the office is doing their best to accommodate all of their patients both scheduled and urgent. It definitely is a busy office. It would be great if the wait times could be at max 30 min if possible since we are in our cars with our pets or communicate to us if the wait time is greater than 30 min. Thank you for your great service to me and my pet.

I I understand we’re under a situation that is very difficult and needs to be addressed in a very specific way to keep everyone healthy and safe. The problem was a little over the top. The doctors were protected because they were never seen the staff saw the customers and the customers

I did not meet in person other than hand off.

As always, the staff was great!! Carolyn, who has handled my pet in the past was wonderful!
