When we picked up our animals from boarding them we had to wait for over 30 minutes because the groomer wasn t finished. This was inconvenient, and we will not be having our animals groomed at your facility in the future due to this. That being said our animals were well taken care of, the staff is always kind and helpful, and we will continue to bring them for veterinary care and boarding.

I went through pancreatitis with my pup. Scary. Dr. Tomco (new to me) put her on medication which she highly recommended for pancreatitis. Three infusions one each day. After the second day, I came in for the third infusion. Dr. Tomco could not be there that day. I saw my old pal Dr. Glassberg. He ran the numbers again. To indicate pancreatitis the test level would be over 400. Mine came in at 450. 200 and under is normal. When her numbers came back, (after only two shots) her score was 80. We are home and she is doing well, actually great. The veterinarians at Sunnycrest are top notch. Special thanks to Dr. Tomco for dealing with a very nervous puppy mama. Score 100 out of 10! My dog came in for wellness vaccination. The vet tech was very patient and caring (I have an anxious dog). I didn t get his name but he was very warm and caring. I will definitely return.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Sunnycrest for almost 20 years and have always been happy with all of the doctors and staff. The staff is always great. Dr Alice is wonderful and is extremely thorough. My dog Sadie is very nervous around people until she gets to know you. The staff is really good with her. I always recommend Sunnycrest to everyone I know for their animal care.

I love the care we get at Sunnycrest! The staff is so friendly and supportive. I appreciate how the staff is willing to accommodate our dogs’ needs. On this visit, vet techs Jon and Jonathan (?) did my dogs’ bloodwork in the room because our dog Yuzu is reactive to other dogs. Both dogs were super comfortable and didn’t even notice they were getting poked. And I love that Dr Demetrius took the time to call me and explain the results from the lab work. I tell everyone how much I love our vet!

I haven’t received the results from Sparky s tests yet.

Recommended medication should be on hand to treat illness/issue immediately, not have to wait another week for online pharmacy in addition to 2-3 days to authorize requests
