The staff is amazing and very informative. Josie gives my girls there shots and they don t even react. She has a great hand with them. The clinic has overall amazing customer service.

The staff was wonderful. Dr. Beeder is amazing and has such a kind nature. I brought my 13 year old yorkie in for a regular check up. He spent a great amount of time with us, more than I would have expected. I’m so happy that Mercy Crusade is a local option.

The doctor is nice and friendly.

The only reason for the 3 out of 5 on it being easy is because of the wait time to get in and not being able to get a date on the day I called, but rather having to be put on a waiting list. I m grateful I got my dog in, don t get me wrong, I m merely suggesting the people answering the phone having the ability to schedule further than two months out. Thank you!!

We were pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything was scheduled from check in to check out. The staff was very considerate and answered our questions with thoughtfulness and kindness. Therefore, because the professionalism, we knew that our dog would be well taken care of when we left her to be spayed. Thank you Mercy Crusade Staff for all you did to ease our minds and treat our dog as if she was a member of your family.
