It’s a very busy office so not easy to book an appt quickly and I waited awhile with my dogs for the appt., but it’s worth it. I didn’t feel rushed by the vet once we were seen and he took the time to answer my questions and respond calmly and kindly to my concerns.

The staff were great. Everything about the appointment was very organized. The cost was affordable.

I would like to know what actually happened during the visit... such as Bladder checked. Felt empty, which is good Temp ____ degrees, eyes clear, etc. Just so I know why I had him examined. I am 70 so my memory sometimes slips and I can t remember... Thank you! You all are great!!

Add to the text cats and dogs have different time pick ups for spray & nueter..I found out cats were later when I checked in and had already made a appt. But the receptionist did assist me with it

The waiting area was very clean!! The staff were very helpful and courteous. The Vet was amazing!! The way she engaged with my pet was awesome. As usual, exceptional service at Mercy Crusade.

The entire staff at Mercy Crusade were very professional and reassuring. The entire process for my dog to be neutered was smooth and easy. The after care directions were very clear.

As you know, the drawback is the wait until the appt. The need for your service is too great - too many folks need it. I understand you re doing the best you can with that circumstance.

Again, it’s the phones and the 6 weeks out to get an appointment with the veterinarian. No one picks them up. Don’t get me wrong. You are busy. First impression sends a message that you are up to par. I have had to drive from my home to the office to make an appointment for my animals. Appointments are another issue. I’ve been with you for 10 plus years and I have not seen an improvement. I stay with you because of staff.,Dr. Beider, Hannah & Junior.
