Awesome staff very friendly and helpful

They are very busy office. It is easy to make appointments. But they have to be scheduled out due to availability. Totally worth the wait. The veterinarian was amazing. She was very informative and knowledgeable. Absolutely loved her!

The staff was helpful and kind! I appreciated my questions being answered and speaking with the Doctor on staff as needed. It seems like the flow of individuals checking in and picking up for spay/neuter could be improved. I’m not sure what the process is, or if there really is one, but the required time frames aren’t accommodating to customers or their pets. Meaning, if drop off absolutely has to happen between 7-8am, everyone should be leaving the premises at/around/not much later than 8am. This could be streamlined if there was an option to complete check in paperwork online. Pick up is between 3 and 4:30, if my pet is done, I should be leaving with them shortly after I show up, and not waiting past 4:30 just to get into the building. I didn’t like leaving my baby there all day and having her stay so much more time than needed for her surgery. Also disclosing the prices of added care would be nice to have in advance. An $18 nail trim is a lot! There was dog pee on the floor in the morning when we arrived. I do understand that accidents happen and the staff was very busy. Just something of note! All of that being said, I appreciated the care provided and my dog seemed to get great care outside of the extra wait time without her people.

Excellent service Wonderful staff

This is my first visit to Mercy Crusade clinic for spay neuter my cat. The place opened on time and I do not have to wait. The instructions given was very clear, with details. I received all necessary procedures that I needed: vaccination, micro chip, nail clipped all at a very reasonable price. I am very happy that my cat was well taken care of and the wound was very clean, Thank you.

Everyone was very friendly and kind to my dog, Dr Beeder took time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed. I love Mercy Crusade!
