The wait time wasn t long and everyone I dealt with was nice.

Maybe a number ticket system outside. If I had that I wouldn t have had to stand near the door. I don t want to be rude to the staff there. They were all working, no one was just sitting around. But a lot of the customers where outside in a big crowd. That isn t good for the staff to come outside and see a crowd around the door. But if I would have stepped away from my spot I would have lost my spot in line . Other than that, I was happy with the service, and pick up was quick and easy.

Always so hard to get appointments. When we do it’s always great!

I think it would be great if you guys could get an online appointment page. I think it would eliminate a lot of back and forth emailing etc.

I had the appt. for quite some time & needed to change it. I called for 3 wks., left messages, received call backs, but could never connect with a live person to change the appt. Very frustrating. Other than that occurrence, your Clinic & staff is the BEST.

It would be nice if scheduling an appointment was easier. I have heard this from several of my coworkers also who were trying to schedule a spay/neuter appointment. It seems like there is a game of phone tag going on with trying to reach someone in the office. Aside from that, everything was great! Thank you!
