Dr. Rodgers is wonderful and a great doctor. She treated my fur baby like a member of the family.

The staff is amazing and very informative. Josie gives my girls there shots and they don t even react. She has a great hand with them. The clinic has overall amazing customer service.

The ‘nurse’ whom checked me in and went over our health plan at the ewas absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember her name. Dark hair, young, glasses. Thank you

The staff was wonderful. Dr. Beeder is amazing and has such a kind nature. I brought my 13 year old yorkie in for a regular check up. He spent a great amount of time with us, more than I would have expected. I’m so happy that Mercy Crusade is a local option.

The doctor is nice and friendly.

The only reason for the 3 out of 5 on it being easy is because of the wait time to get in and not being able to get a date on the day I called, but rather having to be put on a waiting list. I m grateful I got my dog in, don t get me wrong, I m merely suggesting the people answering the phone having the ability to schedule further than two months out. Thank you!!

We were pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything was scheduled from check in to check out. The staff was very considerate and answered our questions with thoughtfulness and kindness. Therefore, because the professionalism, we knew that our dog would be well taken care of when we left her to be spayed. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr Beeder took the time to listen to me and all my questions about this new mother stray cat. He explained what was happening and what to expect with the 5 10-days old kittens. That was my first vet in California. Bravo and thank you for all you do.

I felt the service was excellent. I would suggest letting the pet owner know that the pet collar can replace the string that keeps the cone on the dog s neck (after the neuter procedure).
