I am a massage therapist and I do volunteer work sometimes only people that do volunteer work really really care about their work and about what they’re doing as work. I feel that way as a veterinarians here at Mercy they are not making very much money if anything, they are donating their time, and their energy and their love to our little pets that we love very very much And most people get into that profession because it’s some thing that they have passion for so I know that my animals I bring there will be loved and treated the way I would want them to be and I appreciate it very very very much!

It s a little loud in the office. It would help if someone would shout names out on the side window so we could hear being called. I m deaf on one side and it s hard to hear with the noise. Awesome friendly staff though. They care about the patients amd it s nice to see that.

I was impressed with how organized the office was.

A little difficult to schedule, but a great value. Clean facility, friendly staff. My two pups came out of their surgery just fine. What a great community service :)

The only issue I had was trying to get an appt. Not being able to talk to someone directly when calling is a bummer.

Dr Rogers and staff are simply amazing. I m a momma of a new pup and she put me at ease.

I would have liked to fill paper work out ahead of time. It was difficult trying to hold my dog and do it with all the excitement ??

I really liked the person I saw. Had tons of knowledge very friendly spent adequate time with me. Was a great visit!! My only complaint is it took almost 3 months to get an appointment; I did have to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes then another 10 minutes inside the room.

It is only a long wait to get in for spay and neuter, but that s not their fault. I have been coming here for decades and all the staff are great.

It is so hard to get a hold of your office to schedule a visit, it seems as though no one ever picks up the phone, or returns my calls. Once I got someone in the phone there wasn t another appointment for months. Though I think what y all do is great, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I think you are overbooked because your services are quality.

My one year old dog got a nail trim from the vaccination gal. I noticed my dog’s nails were very sharp & split from the trim and told her about it. She told me to get a demel for dogs to smooth his nails & that they only cut the nails and dismissed me. Seriously??? That’s what I paid for? I never had to do that anywhere else. Maybe she should use sharper tools instead of dull trimmers.

The doctor and the techs were the best ever they handled my doggie and gave him the treatment he needed quickly and passionately!! Love mercy animal hospital they are the best ever !! Thanks

Would be nice have someone comment on the health and development of my cat when picked up, office so busy no one talked to me
