This was my first visit with you all, even though I d heard about you several years ago. My experience with everyone was phenomenal, and I m considering making you my pets vet instead of my current one. Thank you all so much for taking such care with my Atticus, and me!

Love the atmosphere and love the people. Really can t complain about the wait time or how far in advance it is to book. Still a great price for the things these kind hearted people do. My hats off to the staff and thank you. Fred Martinez.

This was a great experience for our family! The staff were very kind and helpful as well as understanding. A cancellation got us in a month + earlier. I wasn’t pressured into more expensive treatment than I could afford and the meds and visit were affordable. ??

It is very hard to schedule an appointment without waiting months. However I was added to a cancelation waiting list and they manage to get me in the next day. Although the wait was long as they were short staffed they were friendly and apologetic.

I understand that there s a longer wait time because of your higher ratings; so I wasn t upset by how long it took. I will say that I really appreciated how professional, clean and most importantly how well you treated my furry friend. Ment the world to me. I will always recommend this clinic to other worried fur parents. So thank you.

Everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful. The assisting doctor took the time to explain the various tick and flea medication options; he doctor who examined Solo was very kind, patient, and caring. It really felt like the staff cared by my dog and it made me feel really happy that I chose this vet clinic!

The wait time wasn t long and everyone I dealt with was nice.

Maybe a number ticket system outside. If I had that I wouldn t have had to stand near the door. I don t want to be rude to the staff there. They were all working, no one was just sitting around. But a lot of the customers where outside in a big crowd. That isn t good for the staff to come outside and see a crowd around the door. But if I would have stepped away from my spot I would have lost my spot in line . Other than that, I was happy with the service, and pick up was quick and easy.

Always so hard to get appointments. When we do it’s always great!

I think it would be great if you guys could get an online appointment page. I think it would eliminate a lot of back and forth emailing etc.

I had the appt. for quite some time & needed to change it. I called for 3 wks., left messages, received call backs, but could never connect with a live person to change the appt. Very frustrating. Other than that occurrence, your Clinic & staff is the BEST.
